The food is good, although my seafood dish took 35 minutes and they didn't warn me that it would take that long. It is not right that they charge or impose 18% service, this contribution should be voluntary.

Great food… it reminded me of Chilito, the friendly owners. The only thing that doesn't seem right to me and is also not so legal, is that they automatically charge you 18% for the service.

Every so often I get the craving to eat a chilean empanada. I went in for the chilean independence and bought a few, I promised my cousin they were good. Only to bite into them to a mouth full if onions, egg, olives.
Excelente ambiente, la comida me llevó a recordar mis años vividos en Chile, Las empanadas excelentes Nos hicieron sentir maravillosos
I tried it yesterday and the food was great, I want to try all the dishes

The attitude of these people leaves much to be desired, both the young man’s and the lady’s. They act as if they’re doing you a favor when you go to buy their dry, flavorless pastry.

Delicious, really trip to Chile in a complete!! (100% typical Chilean food) I find it recommendable although the 18% free + 4 dollar card made the bill 28% more expensive. Which I didn't like very much but nevertheless I will return.

The attention is terrible. I was served by a guy who, when I asked for a glass of water, brought me hot water. For food I ordered fried fish and it was dry and tasteless. Dry fries too. I think the best thing they have is the cakes. But very bad attention.

I am Colombian and my partner is Chilean, we live in Philadelphia and we traveled more than 2:30 simply to eat at this Chilean restaurant since it is the closest one we had… I was very excited to try this food, and it was really a very unpleasant experience, there is a The girl who answers, I don't know her name, she has light eyes. From the beginning when he started serving us, he made us look displeased and if I asked him for something he would turn his eyes directly at me with quite a bit of displeasure, throughout the meal he had that attitude...
Finalizing the account gave 77 dollars and something also had 18% added (which they did not deserve) my annoyance was part of everything, it was that when I paid I did not see how much it was or anything I just put the card and I left and it arrived a charge of 80 dollars, this lady had added 3 more dollars without my consent, she didn't even ask me... it seems to me a lack of respect and ethics from this girl so for this reason I will never go to this restaurant nor will I recommend it...

Food is great, portions are pretty big, prices aren’t bad and the staff is super nice!! Definitely worth going and getting some Chilean Food and desserts. Their “Bistec a lo Pobre” is one of my many favorite dishes there.

The empanadas come out cold, dry, they don't give good service, they serve you stressed in a hurry, the fried fish is a displeasure. I'm Chilean and I thought I'd find a more welcoming place, but I'm speaking from my bad experience.
