Horrible experience here at this location - I purchased 50 munchkins to get the bucket. I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up it was in a regular box - when I asked for the bucket the manager told me no that I needed to pay extra for the bucket and that it is not included. My kids were so bummed due to this.

I recently visited your Dunkin’ location, and while the service was good and the staff was friendly, I was disappointed with the condition of the restrooms. They were quite dirty and not well-maintained, which took away from the overall experience. I hope this can be addressed to improve the cleanliness moving forward.

I keep coming back everyday to get greeted by Jerome and his staff, they are truly amazing and down to earth people!!!!! Whenever I walk in there’s always people smiling and they got the extra mile everyday!!! Jerome is a great guy and his staff are excellent too!! Well done
