Service here is TERRIBLE! VERY rude workers! Do NOT come here! I was not greeted. The workers looked at me and continued to stand by the sink. When he finally came to greet me he ask what I needed. I told him my order and he told me I have to order online. I didn’t I understand because I was already there. I told him I don’t mind waiting because I don’t live close by and he continued to tell me with a very nasty attitude that I need to order online. I would never come here again.

I ordered online so that I wouldn't have to wait upon arriving at the store. The app advised I should arrive at a certain time. I arrived about 5 min after said time due to abnormal traffic. Upon arriving the waiting area was packed with 1 gentleman saying he had been waiting for 45 min already. I waited at the counter for about 20 minutes before an employee came from the back and asked me my order # and then disappeared again. 20 min later the employee comes back with someone else's order. Now I do not blame the employees at this establishment for this because it was only 2 of them to run this entire store. It was clear they were overwhelmed.

Giving this establishment one star is a reach. Fair warning you will wait almost an hour 1/2 to two hours for your food if you're feeling lucky for the day. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting your food. Customer service is non-existent at this location and they are extremely understaffed. I placed an order on their mobile app and waited an hour and 1/2 for my order, which was not even being made. Nearly approaching almost two hours I wanted my money back. The employee was like "Oh I'm going to make it now" Meanwhile when I walked in there were 11 people there before me waiting on their orders so no I'm not going to wait anymore. After asking for a refund I had to wait another 15 min. just to get my refund. Whoever owns this establishment does not care for their overworked/understaffed employees or their customers. Guess maximizing on the dollar takes precedence then providing good old-fashioned customer service.Nothing there was hot and ready as advertised.

I will never order from here again. 730pm I order my food. 750pm I arrive at Resturant. 830 I start asking for my money back I just want to get something else. Guy behind the counter says I can’t give everyone refunds. I continue to wait. Come 930! I finally demand my refund still no food! Insane! I will never be back!

I placed an order on the app for the Roselle NJ location tonight at 8pm. I was standing in the place at 9:06pm and still did not have my order. At 8:22 I brought it to the worker's attention. He still proceeded to take orders and fulfill them before mine. I watched him serve 8 people and I'm still waiting. When I asked where my food was, he pretended I wasn't speaking to him. Even another customer waiting to place an order told him I was speaking to him when he attempted to ignore me and take her order instead. Couldn't help, but notice I was the only Caucasian there and the only one being ignored and not having my order fulfilled. This is horrible business manner and the employees there spoke to me with disrespect and no regard.

This Little Caesars location is abysmal. There was 1 person working here this evening. The store was full of customers. It took 14 mins before they came out to see if anyone was in the store. The best part is that it wasn’t to help or serve any customers it was to just load up a pizza oven that you needed to enter a code into to access your pizza. I didn’t have a code so I was trying to ask about my order and what was going on. The person had no clue, zero customer service skills, even less interest in helping anyone standing in the store and acted as if the customers in the store were an absolute bother. I will never be back at this location. After a 25 min ordeal I just left, it was 9pm and I needed dinner.

it’s unfortunate that Little Cesar Corp allows this location to run while being so under staffed there is usually only one woman working the entire front area and one cook in the back. Corporate needs to find them help immediately you should not allow your staff to be so overwhelmed ! you’re setting your employees up for failure and being such a huge corporation you should do better.the reason so many guests are having bad experiences is due to you not properly staffing your locations and overworking the staff you do have!
