I went to Stephanie's for a quick lunch the older lady was nice and the food was good but they forgot the red beans with my meal. I ate some of my food and said to the younger lady working ( older lady was on break eating) I'm going to take the rest to go can I have a container and the red beans that I ordered with my meal. She double checked my order and said we didn't charge you for them. I said but they were ordered and I would like to take them with the rest of my food. She scratched the RB off the order and said it's the same price with out with our them. I said fine then noticed I was paying a $3.02 added on top for poor service. I asked for water didn't get any. The food was decent but the customer service was poor.

I was charged $26.31 for a half order of beef rib with rice and fries($16.50) and 2 snapples($2.75/each)...the woman said I was charged an additional service fee...I asked what was that charge and she said its because she brought me my food...(never heard that ever for this type of place)....that's ridiculous because I wasn't waited on, she isn't a waitress...so why the charge...I'll never go back, its plenty of these type of places to eat in north jersey...I wouldn't recommend Stephanie bbq in roselle Park on Westfield Ave to anyone.

I ordered through Uber Eats and normally enjoy my food, especially the boiled potatoes. This time I also ordered shrimp in garlic sauce and was disappointed. It was only a handful of tiny shrimp and they still had the veins. It was off putting so I couldn't eat it.

I went back-to-back because of the great food and great customer service. I met Anna and her daughter Naomi. They are very nice, outgoing, friendly/hospitable. It is a friendly environment. The food was perfect. It was seasoned perfectly tasted delicious! Both of the cooks did a great job seasoning and cooking everything.

I’ve been coming here for over 3yrs, always had good food and experience with the customer service. I had a bad experience the other day with a worker (no longer works there after the incident). I spoke to the owner on the phone and she was super apologetic and understand even her daughter. Definitely recommend not only the food but also based on how the owner actually cares for her customers! Thank you Anna!

What a horrible experience after ordering from this restaurant for over 3 years I am lied to today told that they sell burnt salmon and that's the way that they make it I called waited over 40 minutes for my order the salmon was black and burned and you can taste the burnt charcoal I waited another hour to get a second order which was again burnt and cold. I called to speak with the manager and I'm told by some young lady that she cannot give me the manager's name and the manager is not available she's telling me that this is the way they make it which is a lie because I've ordered so many times over the past 3 years including last year and this year but this will be my absolute last time. After spending $31 on a meal and soup this is I can't even eat any of it and no satisfaction from the restaurant.
Their food used to be good but it's gone downhill over the past year.
I will never order again I've even had to ask for them to put the salmon in the separate container because they put it with the vegetables sometimes and it makes the salmon soggy. Common sense should tell you that you don't put vegetables with water or juice in with meat.
Please don't bother wasting your money with this establishment horrible service horrible food.
If I could get zero Stars I would.
Wanted to add pictures but I don't see a way to do that also the Portuguese fries were cold and greasy.
