I got the full combo chicken and ribs the food was amazing...fries home fried and cooked with skin which I LOVE!!!!!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE SAYING. THIS FOOD WAS GREAT!!!

Buy call Stephanie's to place an order and first the woman tells my roommate that your daughter was $28 I decided to call back and I asked her why is the price up so high because I remember I always paid $22 for the old order so she explained to me that certain things in the order of more money like a salad so I ordered whole chicken baked potato and vegetables what's $22 + $2 for delivery I placed the order at 8:10 p.m. I get the phone call at 9:05 the guy has arrived I go out to the door to get the order and I was surprised of the 10 that he was holding was like for a one person dinner for all the years I've ordered it was a large 10 had the chicken or the beef for pork spare ribs with the potatoes french fries or whatever other stuff you ordered but this time it was a small square tin for like one person$22 and $2 for the delivery I told the guy I'm sorry take it back put it where the sun don't shine last time before this one I told them I wanted beef spare ribs and they send pork spare ribs the girl that answers the phone does not really understand English too well she had to ask me my address five times and I also spelled it and she didn't understand that food was always good but I was unsatisfied this round and I don't think I'm coming back they need to get professional people to answer the phone and go back to the way they were portion the foods I honestly was expecting it to get food for two people and it was for one think before you order from these people

I ordered a chicken and ribs combo with potatoes and rice. The ribs were burnt and seemed to be reheated, the rice without much flavor, the potatoes old and soaked before cooking them with burnt oil (old), the chicken salvageable. The place is simple, clean but cold with the door open which makes the food get cold quickly; it does not invite you to come back. The service at the entrance was pleasant but the person serving the tables was drinking beer while serving. Feel I pay High price for all that. Rating of 2 and that is a lot.

It’s not the first time that I order food at Stephanie’s but this time I’m disgusted. I ordered chicken bbq - which I couldn’t even finish and a tiramisu, for my surprise the dessert had MOLD in it. How someone can separate this item for delivery without noticing mold?! I’m never buying from this place again.

After reading many of these reviews, I have to agree with some of them. I happen to love Portuguese food and placed an order online and scheduled delivery for 12:15pm. My food came at 11:36 (Big PLUS!), however, the picadinho had a weird aftertaste like it was marinaded in chemicals and very salty. I always leave review of restaurants I dine in and usually give them a second and third chance if the food wasn't good. One strike, two more to go.

Be careful pork ribs is super salty. Fries are not crispy even if fresh. And the plantains are literally $5 for five pieces. You gotta be shitting me.

Customer service is terrible.

Pros and cons
Pros: food is good, many clients coming everyday, never have and issue with the quality

Cons: they put the meat under the rice and beens when you ask for to go.

If you want to eat at the restaurant, definitely a better experience

It is incredible how this restaurant has two locations and does not have the same quality of food, it is unfortunate to order food at this place, I have no complaints about the Elizabeth location, the food there is always delicious, but at the Roselle location I They brought the Spanish potatoes half done, they were still hard in the center, thick and full of fat, it is not the first time this has happened, it has happened a couple of times and I always had faith that it would improve, this time I placed my order there, because Elizabeth's headquarters is under maintenance

Did not even want to give itb1 star! Dirty dingy, no one speaks English when u call. Chicken Fingers were little balls of chicken. Horrible spoke to some arrogant lady who could care less! Maybe board of health should pay them a visit

This was the second time ordering by uber eats, because first time was successful; but this time it was disappointing that I have $26 for pork ribs and chicken( small) and what I got but chunks of pork ribs , not the entire pork rib like the first time. Never will order here again
