Terrible service, sent out wings that were not prepared properly, and were half coated with sauce and was not given a side of ranch, when I asked for ranch the girl at the front counter, she laughed at my face and then said they could be sold separately before running off the hide in the back. The absolute extreme disrespect and unprofessionalism from the staff show that even if this store is brand new they'll be shut down.

Food was good but that constant beeping sound is so annoying in the span of 5 minutes the buzzer rang maybe about 7 to 10 times and it really annoyed me. Even other tenets in the building say it’s so loud they can hear it from their apartment with the window closed. Did I mention that we are

The employees are horrible I ordered wings and told the manager it had feathers on the wings and they tried to accuse me of wanting free food. They lack emotional intelligence and soft skills I never said I wanted anything I make 130k a year so 20 bucks wasted on wings was not an issue the issue was the wings not being cleaned properly also the person that was there the same day of my order does not speak English and she could not help me I will be going back to the location in Linden I never had any issues there

I wanted to love this place so bad, because it’s in my town, which means it’s conveniently located and it’s a business! I tried it two times and both times it was a disappointment. The first time my order was correct, except I asked for extra well done and it wasn’t. The second time, the gentleman on the phone couldn’t understand me, I had to repeat my order 4 times, I should have known, picked up my order and it wasn’t COMPLETELY WRONG! Wrong wing sauces and instead of well done it was well soggy! I am going to bypass this location and keep going to Union.

workers socialize and tell jokes in the back without checking for customers in the front. also the music in there was blasting so prob another reason why they didn’t hear/ check.

Missing parking!! A big disappointment!! If you’re not walking, you won’t be able to pickup your food because there is no parking!
