I usually have no issues here and have always had a good experience but today showed me that maybe they hired a rotten apple. My mother just came back and explained how one particular staff member there made her order wrong but that’s not the issue because mistakes happen and that’s okay. It’s the fact that that member was literally laughing in her face about the order mistake as if it was funny. It’s the attitude and unprofessional behavior that’s the issue. Maybe some training will benefit that particular staff memeber…

This location is my preferred Dunkin and I can't say I've ever left disappointed the 3 years I've been coming here. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they always get food and drinks right. Unlike most spots, my drinks here were never 90% ice and I actually get everything I paid for with my food. I respect the consistency and highly recommend this location!

They serve scalding coffee than want to charge a $1.00 for ice. They either can't get my coffee order correct or they demand $1.00 for a few cubes of ice. I said "don't make my coffee too hot, I want to be able to drink it.: I guess they have difficulty in understanding spoken english. I will not be going back.
