“It’s funny that some of the reviews here complain about servers not speaking English...it’s an actual authentic Mexican restaurant what do you expect? The menus are in both English and Spanish and have descriptions if you are not familiar with Mexican food. I love this place and you really can’t beat the prices. The food is great and I always wind up taking some home (maybe because I fill up on all the chips and salsa they give before the meal).”

“I’ve gone to Maria’s Deli and Restaurant with my sisters several times. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere and Maria makes us feel welcomed. Every dish I’ve had has not disappointed! It’s so good! If you’re looking for real authentic Mexican dishes, this is the place to go! They also serve breakfast and a variety of other American fare!”

“Good food, authentic Mexican food. I had the carnitas and the chorizo tacos. I also got some nachos with salsa verde. Wow! That was hot and spicy, but so yummy. I couldn’t stop eating it. I’ll go again the next time I’m in town.”

“I have yet to have a cookie from here that I did not like! I have many favorites including triple chocolate, crumb cake, brookie, and chocolate covered banana, but they are always coming up with new & unique yummy flavors so that could change! I love buying a dozen at once and freezing most of them so I can enjoy them anytime; I’ve kept them as long as a year and they are still delicious.”

“I had a honey turkey with yellow cheese mayo on both sides n everything on it seasonings included just forgot to add onions but not too much (next time ;-) oh yes and oil and vinegar on the side ...also do not forget the onion and garlic Wise chips 😋, let me not forget to shout out the JOE TEA (they have all flavors btw) on the side, and let me tell you I have to say the best sandwich I have had in a while and very tasty for sure!”

Kid-friendliness: Although the menu is general, there is food that can be delicious for children ??

Wheelchair accessibility: You can find a place outside where you can sit and move around without any problem. Well, the tables where you can eat are not inside, but outside.”

“I went here (I think they are under new management because they changed the name to D'Mayal) because I was going to a pot luck and didn't have time to cook my own dish. I ordered a tray of arroz con gandules, and I wanted to order a full pernil, but there wasn't time to make one and the only pernil that was made was what they were serving. So rather than turning me away, the owner said that what he could do was cut up a full pernil into chunks, and make me a full pernil in carne frita style. I was impressed by the way they were able to solve the problem and roll with the punches! The food came out great, and tasted home made! Everyone at the pot lunch loved it! I highly recommend you go here and order some take out!”

“I attended a family gathering this past weekend and the food from Mama’s was delicious. Everything from meatballs to manicotti was so delicious. And the chicken parm was the best thing I ever had. It felt like homemade dinner that my mother used to make for the family. I never saw so many happy people enjoying food. Will definitely order again.”
