You have to get the truffle they’re so so addictive, and addictive if you’re feeling like you want to satisfy your sweet tooth they have so many chocolate covered items! My personal favorite is the Nutter butter, but don’t believe me go see for yourself”

“I always drive by this place and since my son is off, took him there. The staff was nice and made sure that us being there for the first time knew exactly what we were ordering. I got a turkey sandwich and my son got the chicken cutlet. Both sandwiches were amazing and my son complimented that this was the best he had and like wise same for me. The service in general was good, the only thing I didn't find nice is the way the waiter asked for tips. Even though the state has a percentage, customers have the right also to decline the tip, and I declined since he used the wrong words to ask for it. If he mentioned in a more respectful way of course I would have given some extra cash for the service.Of course I recommend the place but keep in mind the tip situation”

“My manbun chum and I have been trying to find a home to watch our one March Madness game every year, and I think we found it for the foreseeable future. In fact, this time it looks to be a literal home.We stopped by last night to watch my beloved Gonzaga Bulldogs end their tournament run against Purdue. I could go into quite a bit of detail about some very shady calls in the paint and what I think should have been a taunting foul on Purdue's future proctologist Fletcher Loyer, but I digress. As soon as I walked in, I could tell I was going to like it. Prior years have been marred by loud sports bar atmospheres where you have to battle tooth and nail to convince someone to change the channel to something that isn't a mediocre NYC-area sports team (I say this as a Mets fan as well). Liberty was significantly quieter, definitely had an older crowd but also had numerous TVs throughout. The best of all worlds. I walked maybe 10 feet from the entrance, asked the bartender if she could switch the TV to the Zags on TBS, and that was that. Aside from a weird moment in the second half when the TV mysteriously changed to ESPN for a few minutes (we never confirmed the culprit), we had primo viewing of the game. Somehow we also managed to sit down next to a couple whose son was currently at Purdue. What a world.Vibe is everything with a place like this. I did a mild double-take when I realized the bar was located in a literal residential neighborhood in what may be someone's actual house (or at least upstairs). There's a parking lot on the side that had plenty of spots, and overall this was one of the most conveniently located establishments I've ever been to - it's about 30 seconds from Route 78 both ways. Initially I felt bad for the neighbors, but as bars go this is not exactly one that's going to be hosting raucous throwdowns outside or anything. You may actually be able to go to bed at 9pm living next door, which is my personal dream.The interior has a lot of tchotchkes behind the bar, and is surprisingly comfortable/spacious. The game started a little after 7:30pm on a Friday, but there were seats available right in front of the TVs and most of the patrons seemed to be in the back area playing pool. It did get a little more crowded throughout the game, but never to a point where it felt claustrophobic. The clientele demo skewed all over the place - several older codgers looked like they'd been rejected from Rock of Love Charm School (I thought one in particular was a dead ringer for Poison's CC DeVille), but there was also a few young men roaming around and middle-aged couples/singles throughout the establishment as well. Pretty much anyone who would theoretically come into a bar, did.We had a good bartender, who not only accommodated my TV request, but was friendly and accessible throughout our stay. I was in a sweet palate mood, and she offered to make a Hawaiian Volcano, apparently a drink pilfered from her days at TGI Friday's years ago. It's not something I'd necessarily get on a regular basis, but it definitely brought me back to my early legal drinking years for sure. I could taste some Malibu and juice, and sipped them throughout the game. We also got mozzy sticks and a pepperoni bar pie. Both were really decent for what they were, especially the mozzy sticks, which were fried perfectly. I thought the pizza tasted like a giant Bagel Bite, which is not an insult. But let's be clear - this is a dive bar, so it's not like you're wandering into the kitchen and stumbling across Jeremy Allen White from The Bear. You want something fairly tasty to munch on, and we got it.Strong recommend. I think expectations for a dive bar should be pretty simple - comfortable and pleasant. This was certainly that, minus the March Madness heartbreak.”

After placing my order and sitting in the parking lot to eat my food, around 3am, my car died and though it was well passed closing time and I could tell Timesa was tired, at 3 am after a long shift, she was more than willing to help me jump my car and ensure it started up and I was able to get home. Timesa was lovely enough to get her hands dirty and jump the car for me. This evening, I stopped at an unusual pasta restaurant - All' Assassina. https://www.allassassina.com/ They call themselves the killer pasta project. It’s different. It has an open kitchen. The small dining room is colorful – eye catching. You go up to the front and order your pasta. You decide what will be added in – mushrooms, capers, tomatoes, chicken, olives and more. And then the chef makes it right in front of you. The owner told me that not everybody watches. They’re missing out. This restaurant is offering dinner and a show. And the cooking here is a performance. You get to see what goes into your food and how it is made. It gives you an additional appreciation for what you are about to savor. All the senses go on alert. You could see it. You could hear it in the pan and you could smell it. If you are anywhere near Union, New Jersey, check out All' Assassina. But do not just order and walk away. Look. Listen. And learn. Not everybody likes to cook. But everyone should like to learn. The more you know about what’s in your food and how it is prepared, the more you’ll appreciate good food. The tastes, the textures. Wow. There was an avalanche of different flavors hitting my mouth all at once. It’s worth a trip. Go for the meal. Stay for the show.”

“Best Greek food in NJ! We got the sampler (a selection of 4 dips and pita) and the fire feta was delicious! We also got the chicken platter and the salad alongside the well made pita really added something extra to the dish. I can't speak highly enough of this place, a must try and I'm definitely coming back. “So i just ordered my first meal from this place , i was a little nervous because of all the bad reviews they seem to have but i was pleasantly surprised ! I ordered chicken tenders for my child , chicken was cooked well moist and seasoned great . I myself had a jersey burger which was immaculate i will say the bread was soggy but i personally dont mind that as i like a good juicy burger so i expect my buns to be soggy . (Also im hung over and this burger really hit the spot lol). My partner order an lone star burger which he was raving about . Their fries with honey mustard sauce is a match made in heaven to your taste buds . I am a food reviewer and typically try alot of places and later leave my notes . I wanted to make sure to make a review on this place as i think most of their bad reviews are unfair and biased of personal preferences . “This review is not necessarily about this location per se. We ordered catering from this location, and it was ready 30 minutes late, which made us late for the event that we were bringing food to. We complained to corporate and corporate gave us a gift card for the full price of the catering. That's actually amazing customer service, and it's one of the reasons why I am a loyal Chipotle customer. When Chipotle doesn't get it right (no place ever gets it right all the time), they make it up to you to make it right.”

The atmosphere is always warm with families and different cultures, and management is very friendly.Dietary restrictions: If you have high blood pressure the food is not salty at all.Wheelchair accessibility: My mom walks with a walker and they have three wheelchair accessible spots right near the front door.”
