“Love this place, been there 3 times. The lady server is always very accommodating and sweet to my son and us. Food is always tasty and fresh. My son loves the food here. Is a small place but thats the charm.

“This is a brand new, recently opened restaurant and wow did they deliver for first impressions. Food was absolutely incredible. The sushi was fresh and made quickly. “Went here for the first time with my son and I am so glad we found this gem! When you step inside, you’re walking into a peaceful oasis filled with natural light, plants, and beautiful decor. You can dine in or take out. The sushi was so fresh and delicious! We also ordered fried dumplings and shrimp shumai. “Nothing beats enjoying the sushi at the restaurant but due to the covid pandemic and with an abundance of caution for safety the restaurant is takeout only. Regardless, Mr. Bin's is our "go-to" sushi place. We routinely travel from Union to Cranford because it's that good! The freshness is evident with every bite. “Essentially a takeout reataurant offering Japanaese cuisine, the restaurant provides fresh fish in their sushi amd sashimi entrees. Fish, when freshly caught and obtained from fishermen as they come in with their catch, tastes sweet, as i had experienced once in my life. There is that hint of sweetness in the fish the restaurant serves, that is why this is the only place i order from when i have a hankering for jalanese food. “WHAT A COMEBACK!!! Seriously, I’m SO happy I came back!

I have to be honest — the last time I was here, I left feeling pretty sad because the food and service had really gone downhill. It was honestly disappointing because I remembered how good everything was when they first opened. So I came back this time with somewhat low expectations… and WOW, was I pleasantly surprised!

The food was INCREDIBLE. Not just “good” — I mean SO GOOD. Everything was fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and honestly even better than I remembered it being when they first opened, which is saying A LOT because they were already good back then!

But the biggest surprise was the service. Maria Eduarda, our bartender, and Pedro, our server, were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. They went above and beyond — and then somehow found a way to go a little further . They were attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and made us feel like they actually cared about making sure we had the best experience possible.

You could really feel the difference from the moment we walked in. It felt like the restaurant had found its spark again — except now the quality is even better than it was when they first opened!

I left this time not only full, but genuinely happy and relieved that this place is back to being somewhere I’m excited to come to.

A HUGE shoutout to Maria Eduarda and Pedro — you two absolutely made our experience! You did everything and MORE to make sure we were taken care of, and it definitely did not go unnoticed.

Whatever you guys are doing now — KEEP DOING IT! The food is amazing, the service is fantastic, and the whole experience was exactly what I hoped it would be.

“The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

“My family and I made a visit to Go Sushi in Scotch Plains and were blown away with how good the food was! The photos I attached don’t do justice to how amazing all the food was. We had something as simple as edamame and that was even super yummy. We had the viral sushi push up pop and chicken wrapped asparagus as appetizers. As for our entrees, we have the most delicious dinner bento box with a nice selection of sides. Everything was cooked perfectly and bursting with flavors. Our server was the sweetest lady and very helpful, answering any questions we had. And to end the night off strong we had Ice Cream Tempura, where they fried Green Tea ice cream. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it, I loved it and I’m not even a big fan of green tea! All four of us left with full bellies and a smile on our faces. There was no negative take away from our experience, an all around 10/10!! Can’t recommend them enough, may they forever stay open :)“
