“Definitely one of the most overwhelming and beautiful places that I’ve ever been to try sushi in my whole life, there’s no way to describe how good it was.
We wait a little more of what we expected.
But wait was worth it food was fresh, homemade and delicious, attention it’s def a 1000/10 you feel that you’re in your home, my 5yo daughter mentioned that she was being treated like her grandma treat her (so you can have an idea of how good they were) well, not many words to add.

“The best korean food in the area. It is a little pricey for the amount, but the quality is always worth it. Been ordering here for 6 years. Their delivery is amazing, food is always hot and fresh. Salmon quality is amazing, so is their teryaki bowls. Doordash delivery is always perfect and timely, they wrap up the soy sauce so it doesn't spill, give freebies from time to time, and even took time to write a note once thanking us. Never once got a bad order. 10/10 my favorite spot to order from.“

“Essentially a takeout reataurant offering Japanaese cuisine, the restaurant provides fresh fish in their sushi amd sashimi entrees. Fish, when freshly caught and obtained from fishermen as they come in with their catch, tastes sweet, as i had experienced once in my life. There is that hint of sweetness in the fish the restaurant serves, that is why this is the only place i order from when i have a hankering for jalanese food. Prices are comparable with other restaurants, though the servings are slightly bigger. Doesnt this make you try them? You'll thank me once you do!“

Our server, Valeria, was very attentive, answered all our questions, and even gave us recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share: sushi, ramen, boba, shrimp tempura, wings, and yakitori. Everything was delicious, and the portions were good. Regardless, Mr. Bin's is our "go-to" sushi place. We routinely travel from Union to Cranford because it's that good! The freshness is evident with every bite. The presentation of the sushi is perfect. I miss hanging with Mr. Bin at the restaurant and looking forward that once again. Especially his "special" selections that he surprises me with.“

I have to be honest — the last time I was here, I left feeling pretty sad because the food and service had really gone downhill. It was honestly disappointing because I remembered how good everything was when they first opened. So I came back this time with somewhat low expectations… and WOW, was I pleasantly surprised!

The food was INCREDIBLE. Not just “good” — I mean SO GOOD. Everything was fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and honestly even better than I remembered it being when they first opened, which is saying A LOT because they were already good back then!

But the biggest surprise was the service. Maria Eduarda, our bartender, and Pedro, our server, were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. They went above and beyond — and then somehow found a way to go a little further . They were attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and made us feel like they actually cared about making sure we had the best experience possible.

You could really feel the difference from the moment we walked in. It felt like the restaurant had found its spark again — except now the quality is even better than it was when they first opened!

I left this time not only full, but genuinely happy and relieved that this place is back to being somewhere I’m excited to come to.

A HUGE shoutout to Maria Eduarda and Pedro — you two absolutely made our experience! You did everything and MORE to make sure we were taken care of, and it definitely did not go unnoticed.

“My family and I made a visit to Go Sushi in Scotch Plains and were blown away with how good the food was! The photos I attached don’t do justice to how amazing all the food was. We had something as simple as edamame and that was even super yummy. We had the viral sushi push up pop and chicken wrapped asparagus as appetizers. As for our entrees, we have the most delicious dinner bento box with a nice selection of sides. Everything was cooked perfectly and bursting with flavors. Our server was the sweetest lady and very helpful, answering any questions we had. And to end the night off strong we had Ice Cream Tempura, where they fried Green Tea ice cream. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it, I loved it and I’m not even a big fan of green tea! All four of us left with full bellies and a smile on our faces. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“
