I would recommend making a restaurant here in Las Vegas. Genki is a staple back home in Hawaii, and no sushi place here is up to par. I feel like you folks will make a lot of money, especially because of the amount of locals here.
I make this as a stop every time I'm in Staten Island
Enjoyed our dinner at Genki sushi. Personally, I enjoyed the service the most. The lady was very attentive and very pleasant. Not rushing and quite accommodating. The food came out quickly. And was decorated very nicely. They've even had little blueberry on the plate which made the sushi have an extra special touch. I haven't seen it done anywhere else. And we have visited many places before... Plenty of easy parking and we had no wait time, even though the place was quite busy....read full review
