Service is unusually slow here, even when it's not busy. I usually get small orders, like an iced coffee or an order of hash browns. Coffee with milk normally takes 10 seconds at other locations (an extra minute if I get hash browns), but I end up waiting at least 4-5 minutes each time I go to this location. The last time I went, the garbage can was so full, there was trash falling onto the floor.
