The worst ending of my Valentine’s Day :((((. I placed my on-line order for pick up at 7.05 pm and chose ASAP option for 15-30 min. readiness. My husband was waiting till 8.00 and was asked to wait for 15 more minutes, 8.15 - same story, 8.35 - no changes ((. When he asked for cancellation they just asked for 15 more minutes again.Why are you taking so many orders if you can’t complete them on time?I’m so frustrating and disappointed…

Absolutely disgusting service. Placed an order online, came in 20 minutes as directed to pick up, then waited for 20 minutes for them to find out they couldn’t find my order and that it just appeared in the system and I should wait for 20 more minutes. So total an hour?! I was offered 10% discount for this, but it’s not worth it. Disappointed.

This place has terrible delivery service. I ordered food and it was over an hour and they didn't show. I call them 3 times and they said they have a new driver. I canceled my order. I used my credit card and asked to be refunded. They never came with the food and never refunded my money. BEWARE CUSTOMERS!!
