Iâve been coming to this location for months thinking the service and food get better, but it doesnât. I literally live 2 minutes away and I drive an extra 10 minutes in the other direction just because of the quality of food and the lack of customer service. Anything cooked, taste like metal which means they do not clean their machines. You say âhiâ and âthank youâ, but nothing back and they all just look like they donât want to be there.

I asked for the day dream Sabrina with little ice and the manager filled it half way with ice and when I said I told you I want less ice he said âsorry if I use less ice I have to put more products and I will run outâ I asked to re make it and he said no I canâtâ

I was the only customer in the store, employees passed by me and made eye contact and it took them 10 + minutes to take my order⊠once I got my latte I was running late and once I tried it the espresso tasted bitter and it took over the latte entirely⊠so disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience at this location this morning around 8:45 AM. The customer service was VERY poor â the manager was EXTREMELY rude, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and the quality was VERY unacceptable. There was only one strip of bacon, the cheese wasnât melted, and the egg was still frozen in the middle. On top of that, my iced coffee was made EXTREMELY incorrectly â I asked for butter pecan flavor, and it was completely left out. It tasted bland and nothing like what I ordered.
This experience felt rushed and careless from start to finish. I hope the management takes action to support their staff and improve food and drink preparation. I wonât be returning to this location EVER !!
I was on my way to church Sunday morning and I was not feeling well. So I stopped at this location for the first time in a few years. I was ignored by the two people who were at the front I asked for help because I didnât want to use a kiosk hence the reason I came into the building. I was standing there for a minute before she said use the kiosk and then continue on ignoring me. Terrible service and when a machine takes their job theyâll complain. Never again

Come to this Dunkin and you will receive this... I used to work here and I would NEVER... Check the video. Please.... I had no voice in the clip but when the other employee came back from the bathroom she took my order. Again. I used to do the headset but if I was being ignored because I was not at the drive thru, which is the only thing I could think of. I politely said hello about 7 times.. when I left she was working the drove thru as regular... I feel slighted... Avoid....... The video is supposed to be 41 seconds long but even if it is the first 30. View it.. ONE STAR.. I worked here 12 to 11 years ago .
