I went into the drive thru and got the number 9. Which is two cheeseburgers and fries. Well somehow they FORGOT to put the burger on? How the heck can mess up a cheese burger? It's literally just a burger and cheese.

Very disappointing experience with Sughdion Cargo. I dropped off my package and never got any confirmation or payment details for more than a week. No one answered phone calls or WhatsApp messages. The only way to contact them was through a Telegram group where you can send one message every 24 hours — ridiculous.
After days of waiting and complaining, I finally received the payment details and paid. But when the package arrived, the recipient was told it wasn’t paid and couldn’t get it, even though the payment was already made. Terrible communication and completely unorganized service. Definitely not recommended.

Very bad service. The kiosk didn't work so I went to order at the front counter. None of the workers were paying attention to me for several minutes. Some just looked at me and did nothing. So I left without spending any money.

I have not eaten inside only been through the drive through. it's very hard to hear with the cracking in the speaker and if you ask them to repeat what they said or if you correct them they get an attitude. they also have a horrible pan handling problem , People are standing right in the side of the pick up window and come right to you car window asking for money and the person working the drive thru or even a manager don't tell them to leave or that they can't do that. they just let it go on.
I order from here a lot and there is always something with my order. How will I drink my smoothie without a straw and I have no sauce for my nuggets.
