This has to be a sick joke! I ordered on UberEats - fried calamari, garlic knots, and penne vodka pasta. I order the same exact thing two days back to back - yesterday and today, Feb 21. Today my calamari looks disgusting; just thrown in a box, greasy, soggy, and undercooked. This is the LAST time I'll be ordering from here. Also, keep your cut and paste response and fix your kitchen and food presentation. Ppl work too hard to spend money on mediocracy.

Just cancelled my order. Theyll make you wait over an hour, as the food shows "wrapping up" for about 40 minutes, only to receive cold food. Has happened twice. Decided to spare myself of a cold dinner for a 3rd time. Much better pizzerias in the area. Try them instead, proud papas and valentinos!

Ordered online and delivery took an hour. We ordered pizza with some sides and a 2 liter Sprite - instead we got orange Fanta. I said something to the delivery guy and he said, oh they were out. When I called the restaurant to double check I was told that all they had was Fanta (you ran out of sodas at 230PM on a Saturday??) and it wasn't their policy to call to check to see what we would like instead. So I paid for something I didn't get. Then I opened up the pizza and it looked terrible - I could've thrown some frozen broccoli on it myself and paid way less for the same thing. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered the eggplant parmigiana sandwich and it was horrible!! They left the skin on the eggplant and did not bread it or put sauce on it. It was so mushy and disgusting. I threw the whole thing out after just one bite!!! I've had eggplant sandwiches at many different places and NEVER have they left the skin on or failed to bread it and put sauce on it. Very disappointing!!

There was No tomato sauce inside whatsoever, the cheese is not stretchy, it looks like glue instead of cheese. I went there dozen of time but this time this one was simply not good . It doesn’t taste like pizza I don’t know what is going on but it was just not good at all.

Ordered from Naples yesterday, the man who took my order was very patient and helpful considering I had to call back because I didn’t know what I was ordering. I ordered a meatball parm and a baked ziti. Both were absolutely delicious. Whenever I’m around Naples will be my go to for food. Food was very good, can’t wait to explore the menu more.

This is my third time here. The first time took forever to get my order ready. It was just a salad. Second time ive been calling and put me on hold for 10minutes. Third time(this time im gonna say something!) i called so many times keep hanging up the phone on me and then i called and order Chicken Francese Doesnt understand my order and that was on the menu thats why i just placed my order here on doordash and just picked up. When i was asking for a hot sauce and the staff said it was an extra charge! I like to support small businesses and thats why this is my third time here now i gave up and because their service never improves. Akways put me on hold and hangs up on the phone So ill take my business to somewhere else.

Love their $5 special 2slices and a can of any drink … one of my go 2 for lunch also can help others eat without spending much who may be struggling !

DISGUSTING... BEWARE BIPOLAR FOOD! Its a hit or miss with this place. I always order the brushetta, seafood, or vodka pasta dishes. My food is off some nights and great other nights. Last night was the deal breaker. I ordered the meat lovers pie and this was definitely from the day before.The ham on it had the dried out lines. The crust was cracking when you touched it. They should be shamed for selling this. I hope it was worth it. Because you just lost a customer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Disgusting customer service from all aspects of this business. Purchased food from here for months and received the WORST customer service EVER today! I have ordered plain wings consistently and this time with much attitude and entitlement I was told I was wrong and my order couldn't be remade. In addition, the manager I spoke with told me the error was my fault but was not on the phone when I made the order originally. Lastly, they allow a child that clearly is unable to multitask to answer the phone with no proper customer service etiqicay. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This pizza place is amazing. The pizza is made a little bit thicker than other pizza places which my family loves. We live about 10 minutes away from Naples and we pass so many pizza places along the way to get there. The wings are the best wings around, way better than other places.
