I have ordered from here before and had no issues. Kids loved this place. But today we ordered and the food every thing tasted stale. The onions had that old nasty flavor. The chicken was not fresh. I am so disappointed and I didn’t have lunch today. The kids hardly wanted to eat it.

I decided to order from this place because it was on Uber eats it had the selection I wanted that the other restaurants weren’t offering. When I got my food, excited to eat it pretty hungry but the general tso chicken didn’t have that sweet flavor, the pork fried rice had no flavor, the general chicken tasted mostly of hot sauce and there is barely any vegetables in it. The beef, the pork egg and gravy were also flavorless. Is it disappointing? , the general tsos chicken tasted mostly of hot sauce and there is barely any vegetables in it. The pork egg foo young and gravy we’re also flavorless. It’s disappointing to get a meal with zero flavor in it.

Extremely disrespectful. I told the attendant multiple times salt and ketchup, when asked for pepper I repeatedly said no pepper please. When she translated I kept saying no pepper please, I don’t like pepper. They handed it to me with pepper, I asked for another one and they handed me plain fries and said do it myself. They treat people disrespectfully here

I placed an order for delivery. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered 1 egg roll, a pint of Chicken & Broccoli and a pint of plain lo mein. I asked for them to include duck sauce, mustard and soy sauce. The order came with ZERO sauce packets. The lo mein came in a pint container. The chicken & broccoli was put in a combo container with 3/4 of it full of rice. Needless to say it was not a pint's worth of veggies & protein. I was expecting it to be separate. Because I feed my family different ways when it's all separate. It also soaked up all the sauce, so the veggies and meat ended up being dry. The worst part is that everything tasted subpar. It has a lot of MSG in it and my stomach is in an uproar. I ended up throwing out the entire meal.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Number 1 Chinese Express and I can confidently say that it has become one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff which made the experience even more enjoyable.The menu variety is impressive, offering a wide range of traditional Chinese dishes. I decided to try the General Tso chicken and lo mein noodles. The chicken was perfectly crispy and the sauce had just the right balance of sweetness and spiciness. The lo mein noodles were full of flavor, with a soft texture and a delicious mix of fresh vegetables.One of the highlights of my visit was the speed of the service. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, my order arrived in no time, hot and freshly made. Additionally, the portions were generous, offering excellent value for money.The restaurant's atmosphere is simple but cozy, ideal for both a quick meal and a quiet dinner. The beef and broccoli tasted OK but it was kind of dry. My meal came with a wonton soup and it tasted awful. Zero flavor. I eat wonton soup often and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had. The soup smelled like dirty water.

I occasionally eat from here whenever I spend time with my brother and dad. From my experience, the staff were friendly, the food is really good for what it is and the pricing is great. I always get the chicken and broccoli when it comes to ordering from Chinese restaurants, but I’ve tried the other dishes from here and it’s delicious. Never fails to fulfill my appetite. I’ve seen a few mixed reviews from this place, but I wanted to put out my own honest review.

Rude staff think they can be rude and get away with it. We have something called the internet. Where people can post their opinions on your quality and service, and guess what? People put a lot of stock in that when choosing where to eat. Hurt these people in return, stop ordering and let them go out of business. You don't like talking to people and being in the service industry? Then close your doors! Or better yet, well close them for you.Ps. Read all the reviews where people have found roaches and insects in their food...all other reviews just ingested the vermin without realizing it.
