They literally did not give me my pie chips toppings and was told that they were not allowed to give it out and i asked why, they said they dont know but the only reason is that the dispenser broke and they too lazy to get new ones. The nastiest ritas location ive ever been into.

Ice cream is delicious and cold. Hahahahaaha but they need to clean the eating area outside. Other than that, customer service is amazing and ice was tasteful.

It’s a very cozy atmosphere and the workers are never rude! But there Italian ice changed once and made me vomit ? I would recommend anything else!

She was by HERSELF when a rush hour hit. honestly i wanna give her thanks for not letting all these orders kick on her. she is truly amazing. everyone was giving her a positive attitude and feedback and i am so glad she did the same. bless her heart she truly deserves more than this.there is a particular man named joshua who needs to be checked out. messed up an order, gave me an attitude, didn’t even know what i was talking about when i said to him i would like a twist on a bowl. his work ethic is so unbearable. i don’t understand how he is still working here. if this is what the owners want then i wouldn’t waste my time and money here..terrible.mya deserves more than this. hugeeee thank you to her for being kind and amazing. no words can describe how she managed all of the people!!5 stars for her.
