It seems that they changed the cook because the food is terrible. The grilled chicken still feels pleasant but the prepared meals are not Peruvian recipes. The lomo saltado, the salted noodles, the soup a la minuteta are horrible.
It was a recommendation from a friend and it’s worthy. The best Peruvian food I have taste. Food was very delicious and the portion of food was beyond my expectations, I really enjoyed my time there.
I buy frequently for almost every week, the grilled chicken has always had a good flavor but its roast left a lot to be desired. A month or less ago it has improved a lot, it has an excellent flavor and a very good texture
