Friendly staff and fast delivery. Only issue is they will pack the wrong item I’ve ordered instead of calling me to tell me they are out of the item I paid for.

Do not go to this WaWa to get gas. My debit card was cloned less than an hour after I filled up my tank, and I have proof that it happened at that location.

This location is horrible they mess up delivery orders all the time . I don’t think they know how to read they need to be reevaluated. today I order 2 of the same sandwich and a drink I only got one sandwich and a straw . If I can I would have went myself and get the rest of my order but I don’t a have car at this moment. Store manager needs to check his employees they are not doing the job correctly !!!

2 stars overall but maybe 1 star will get management attention. I’m complaining about free air, I know it’s free so I shouldn’t, but it literally never works here. I was lucky when even 1 of the 2 air pumps worked but now zero of their air pumps work and haven’t been fixed in over 2 years. The least they could do is put an “out of order” sign or something on it…but they haven’t even don’t that. I have to pull in to the place park and get close enough to even check just to discover it does not work. Furthermore, when one of thr 2 pumps were even working people used to park their cars there and go to the church across the street or in the store without even using the air at all

Extremely rude staff. They put my ICED drink into A HOT to go cup. I waited for my drink for a good 5-8 minutes, only for it to be in the food pick up section the entire time.
And then the lady got mad at me because I didn’t want it like that. As you can see by the photo: she was mid arguing with me because she told the other worker to just put the drink into an iced cup even though it had whipped cream and toppings and everything. He looked stressed and clearly was not the one who made my drink like that bc he looked like he knew better than that.

The OTHER worker (the one she tried to make do something he wasn’t supposed to) remade the drink and was super friendly.

She’s apparently the lead/manager for the drink section: I would NEVER want to work under someone nasty like that.

BILLIONAIRE BLACKGIRL

Today I was verbally attacked by a Wawa gas attendant who once again refused to provide service. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this same employee. His behavior was extremely erratic—he was running around in circles, yelling “just wait, just wait,” and screaming at the top of his lungs instead of doing his job. I was left shaken and afraid for my life because of how aggressive and unstable he acted.

What makes this worse is how management responded. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the situation, the manager only gave me $5 worth of gas as if that could make up for being verbally attacked and left in fear. $5, dear manager, is not an acceptable response. If the tables were turned and I behaved this way, the police would have been called immediately, and I would have been banned from the premises.

Why is this man still employed at Wawa? Allowing someone with such abusive and unstable behavior to represent your company and directly interact with women customers is unacceptable. Wawa cannot have maniacs and women abusers pumping gas and putting people’s safety at risk.

Order car pickup from this store. Waited and waited. Receipt showed order was filled and delivered. Never delivered. Nd when I called rang dozens of times then a msg saying no one available and disconnected! Don’t trust their service!

I usually like this location but the service is not what it used to be. I went to get gas today and had to wait almost 5 minutes for the attendant to come over to me. This is after he made eye contact with me and just went back to what he was doing, like I wasn’t even there! Once he finally makes it over to me I pass him my Amex and he acts surprised and actually looks me up and down!?
This is unacceptable and this is not the type of service that should be tolerated in 2025. WAWA needs to do better if they want to keep their customers!

I WILL BE CALLING HR! absolutely HORRIBLE managers !!! i came here every week and only went to one person ! he was very polite and always attending to what i needed . Later on i started seeing him less and less and when i finally saw him again i asked why he wasn’t working as much and he told me his manager cut his hours ! I visited again and as i was pulling up i heard the manager say something very rude and racist towards him not even sure if it was a joke or not .His name is jonathan and i will NOT be coming back to this area !

I waited over 15 minutes at the pump to get gas. I repeatedly call the attendant who was on his phone. The attendant ignore me until I decided to leave.
