I purchased a whole italian sandwich and a half sandwich it cost me 33.00. The bread was so stale I couldn't finish the sandwich. I went back on 2 separate days to talk to the manager, but no one was there. I wouldn't go back to this location.

Jersey Mike's is a scam they put up coupon codes that never work codes will say they are valid and when you use them they are never valid but just this store all Jersey Mike's
It's common place that a restaurant occasionally messes up an order, everyone knows it. So when we found out that the staff forgot one of the sandwiches in our order, we figured "Guess we better call..." And of course, this was after I drove all the way over there to pick it up, and EXPLICITLY asked the guy at the counter if there was anything missing.So now I'm driving over there for the second time that night, having just wasted time and gas, and I'm expecting to walk in, get an apology, (Hopefully store credit, if not a refund), and get my sandwich.Hey, guess what? The guy doesn't know what I'm even talking about when I tell him I'm there for the missing sandwich. He asks for a name, I give him the name from the order. He looks around, says he can't find it. I reply, "It's the one from the phone call you received." He looks at me like I have two heads. Suddenly, a girl hands him the wrapped sandwich, to which he gives both her and I a bewildered look.He hands me the sandwich, and (I kid you not) ends the conversation with, "Uh... Okay... Bye." and goes back to whatever else he was doing. No apology or anything. And the best part? Food was cold.JM, you make great food, but hiring high school dropouts makes your restaurants look like garbage. Will likely not be buying from you anymore.

I never leave a negative review. But I was shopping and gave the Succasunna location a try. I'm sorry but $20 for a 12 inch cheesesteak is very high. Local delis don't charge that. But when I picked up my sandwich it was incredibly light. When I opened the wrapper in the car. The sandwich had such little meat on it you could see the bottom part of the roll. For $20 it should be packed with meat. Staff was nice but make no mistake you're paying premium money for conveyor belt food. Lot better choices in the area. I highly do not recommend. I'm sorry
