I never leave a negative review. But I was shopping and gave the Succasunna location a try. I'm sorry but $20 for a 12 inch cheesesteak is very high. Local delis don't charge that. But when I picked up my sandwich it was incredibly light. When I opened the wrapper in the car. The sandwich had such little meat on it you could see the bottom part of the roll. For $20 it should be packed with meat. Staff was nice but make no mistake you're paying premium money for conveyor belt food....read full review
Food is good and atmosphere is pleasant. I have serious concerns about the staff. They mess up orders. I order cheesesteak sandwiches every week. I ask for Extra Cheese and Bacon every week. Half the time the bacon is missing and it does not look like they ever put extra cheese on the sandwich. I also do not get peppers and onions on the sandwich and inevitably the sandwich has peppers and onions on it. Good thing the sandwiches are good because there customer service stinks. Was not greeted when I walked in, gentleman working register just blurted what I owed never asked if I wanted to use my points and my sandwiche was just shoved in front of me.
