I’ve never had a bad experience here in all the years I’ve been here. This is my favorite Jersey mikes location. I live near the rockaway one and drive here because the rockaway one has horrible service. They are so nice and accommodating here. The food is delicious and they are so generous. 10/10 location thank you!
Update May '24: still getting multiple orders wrong delivered through the app. Manager Jesse incredibly helpful rectifying the issue, he's the reason for multiple stars.
Original: This location is a disaster. They screw up multiple sandwiches, door dash delivers them. They say go to door dash, door dash says go to Jersey Mikes. Fortunately the guy I spoke to was able to give me a refund.

They used to have a bunch of young kids in and out was a hit or miss if you'd get a good sub or not. Now they have amazing ladies working there and it's totally gotten better. It's wonderful to order a hot sub and it actually be hot not kinda warm. The last few times I been in the evenings the ladies working the sub counter was so nice they smiled was a complete turn around from the kids working there at night. Thank you for the amazing staff update
