A friend has been getting food from here for years, her go to spot! We ordered a couple rolls, fried rice and pork gyoza. And the “crispy rice cake” menu item which we had just assumed was spicy tuna crispy rice. Hadn’t realized that it said it was on top of a “caramel rice cake” and not like normal crispy actual RICE. Can I just please say this was one of the most foul dishes I’ve ever seen and did not taste good. Please take this off your menu or at least change...
This is the best quality sushi around. From specials that include sweet shrimp, toro tuna and other high end sashimi to their best and most innovative rolls including the Troy Roll, the Matt roll and the New crispy rice cake special. All amazing.

I have tried many in the area. Sushi Hana is by far the best taste and quality. At many places the hibachi tastes like Chinese food; not here. That is not to be taken for granted.
My partner had sushi and that is also good here.
