Sorry! But the truth is the truth. I' have to get it off my chest. A lot of rude customers come here. You hold the door for people coming or going out of courtesy. And they don't even say thank you. They look at you like you have 80 heads. All the Rumson Locals think that they are Kennedy Shrivers. And they're not. They're so rude. Maybe that's why the food is lacking. Because the workers are feeling the pressure. It's not the workers fault at all....
The atmosphere and breakfast sandwiches are amazing but the girl at the deli counter didn't want to be at work. Gave me a couple of no we don't have that and what do you want. Maybe a little better attitude would make my experience better. In all great little places never knew it was here just up the road living in Red Bank for a couple years.
Excellent selection of sandwiches, and you can make your own. They have a special each day. You also pick up a full dinner: chicken, seared tuna, London broil, etc.
