“I absolutely love the atmosphere thie place has. It's warm and inviting. The food is always great and consistent. I've ordered the streak frites and it's delicious like melts in mouth tender and flavorful. The bread with cheese is ridiculous as a starter meaning it's amazing. The specials are always good and fresh. Great friendly staff with a great view and consistent great food.Vegetarian options: Good options”

“We wandered in here on St. Patrick’s Day even though the website said they were closed on Sundays. Speakeasy bar in a residential neighborhood with friendly bar maids and locals.To crowded to order food but, I definitely will be back to try the “eats”!Went back last night for “eats “ and had the thin crust pizza, if you’re a fan of this kind of pie as am I this is your place. They have a generous drink pour also. It is now in my regular monthly rotation!”

“Went to dinner last night to celebrate a special occasion. Undici, like always, did not disappoint. We had a wonderful server (I wish I remembered her name) who recommended I try the Pinot noir. The board was great. The soft cheese (I’m guessing it was Gorgonzola) was incredible, and the prosciutto was divine. The maraschino cherries were a bit out of place for the dish. For my entree I had the gnocchi with wild boar ragu. It was my favorite part of the night. The meat was gamey, but not in a bad way. It really made the dish. The gnocchi wasn’t shaped like I thought it would be, but it was still great. It held the sauce very well. The Pinot noir tasted great with it. For dessert I got a biscotti caffe and hazelnut gelato. The caffe and gelato really complimented each other well. Everyone in my party raved about the gelato.The only downside to the evening was that we reserved a table upstairs, but we were seated downstairs. The acoustics downstairs aren’t great and I could barely hear anyone in my party. I don’t want to deduct a star for that though, as the food and service were incredible.Can’t wait for my next Undici trip.”

“Not only are the baked goods delicious, but the woman who was working behind the bakery counter was such a kind soul. I was having lunch down the street at a place where there was no restroom, and I went into 2 other businesses asking to use the restroom and was turned away. When I came here, she let me use the restroom even though it wasn’t for the public, and then sent me home with a complimentary lemon bar. It was so unexpectedly nice - I wish more people ran their businesses this way.”

“Gorgeous, charming little cafe with beautiful pastries and delicious small plates. Had to knock off a star, partially due to the lackluster service, but mostly for the typos. If your whole gimmick is being a French style cafe and market, you should probably spell the French words on your menus correctly. Love absolutely everything else about this place though!”

“Sandwiches here are great I always stop here when I'm in the area all the food and salads are very tasty and will come back as long as I'm New Jersey Shore they have two locations one in Middletown and Rumson NJ you got too stop buy and either sit and eat or take out.Dont forget to stop here you will not forget it they are great.”

“Barnacle Bill’s is an absolute staple of the Rumson area and is a must visit. It’s a bar/tavern/grog shop that is somewhat trapped in time but in the absolute best way. It’s dark, loud and crowded but it just feels perfect. Burgers are charbroiled and the steak fries are great. Service is surprisingly good and the people watching is even better. I’m really happy places like this still exist.”

“It is a nice place to go with your family. The staff are attentive. Their pizzas are thin crust but they are very good. We had burgers, wings, calamari and fries and they were great. It is definitely a place I go to anytime I am around the area.”

“One of my favorite Italian places because it just lives very happily as a wonderful neighborhood bistro. Everything is perfectly cooked and presented without pretension. The staff are friendly and, moreover, real. You get the sense that that owner cares very much for people, which is reflected in the enthusiasm of the young waiters, even as they learn on the job.”

“I’ve dinned here twice while on vacation in NJ. The food both times was absolutly delicious. The JBJ Soul seasoning is to die for. Both times I’ve ate here our server was Lisa is she is so friendly, knowledgeable and straight up phenomenal. Chef Emily cooks amazing, delicious food. Bottom line is what they do here for the local community is utterly amazing. The concept is to pay it forward so someone else who cannot afford to eat can come in and enjoy a hot meal. They recommend $25 per person, giving more if you are able is always welcome. It is truly farm to table food. They have their own farm which was donated to them. They grow their own herbs out front. They sell shirts, mugs, seasonings and yummy local honey. Every time I’m in NJ on vacation I will always make it a point to come to JBJ Soul not only for a good meal but to donate.”

Nicholas's creamy had so many options and you could definitely tell that the quality of the ice cream was top notch. The service was excellent and the location couldn't have been better. “Monty’s is tough to review. I’ve been here several times since they’ve opened. The food has ranged from absolutely top notch, to blah. The first time I went, when they first opened, I was truly impressed. I recommended it to everybody. Then my friends went, based on my recommendation, and were let down. An inconsistent product, but very good when you catch them on the right day!”
