Our first time culinary experience at The Red Horse did not disappoint. The food was beautifully plated ,fresh, and flavorful. Our server,Molly, was attentive, receptive, and welcoming. We felt as if we were at home . The restaurant is lovely with an ambience that adds to a memorable and positive experience . It was a wonderful way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Looking forward to celebrating my birthday soon.

We picked the prefixed menu which said it was $50.00 two people ate. I asked the waitress at least five times I pick from these items all the Astra next to it when the bill came was almost $160 of course I questioned it and she explained after stumbling that was up charges because of the stakes and she was apologetic cause she said she forgot to tell us the part that really I don't understand is if I bought the steak and it wasn't a prefix it was $62 on the prefix. It was $75 with the up charge. My mom steak was $42 or 46 I don't remember, but the up charge was $60. I don't understand that math they gave us the salads for free. She said that's still not a $50 prefix menu.

David Burke is known for his cloths line bacon and it did not dissapoint. I was not feeling steak so I did a lobster tail with their cauliflower with truffel oil and pine nuts. It was really delicious they start you off with these tiny bread straws with just the tip in oil. Perfect for someone that gouges on bread and has no room left for dinner. The staff was on the newer side but was really nice and helpful. We came in from the rain with a 5:30 reservation at 5 pm and they were able to seat us immediately. Love the brand. thank you

My steak was prepared perfectly and tasted phenomenal!! The kitchen put together a meat free vegetable and forbidden rice beyond flavorful dish for my wife. Thank you to Alexis and your entire team!!

Very disappointed with the entire meal, from the plating to the food quality to the meat temperature. We all ordered medium rare and it came out medium plus. Steak served on top of the French fries rendering them soggy. I felt the food quality to be mediocre at best.

Wait staff were friendly and accommodating as one member of our party was called to the phone. Food was delish!

We had a group of 10 celebrating a birthday and ordered a bunch of appetizers and two large steaks with a bevy of sides. The two steaks were wheeled out to us and brought back to the kitchen to slice. More than 20 minutes later, our steaks had not reappeared and we inquired about them and were told there was nothing wrong and this was the restaurant's signature “style” and were assured they would be perfect and hot. When they finally appeared, one was lukewarm and the other was slightly less than lukewarm and well done (we had ordered medium rare). The manager was lovely and offered to reheat the steak/plate and then took one steak off the bill. Good gesture, and we appreciated it, but we weren't angling for free stuff. We wanted hot, well cooked steaks for our group. At the end of the day we had one way overcooked lukewarm steak and one reheated steak and paid a very hefty sum to get the food that needed to be reheated. What a waste of quality meat - the hottest thing there was the gaslighting at first that this was normal.

Good, not amazing, food. Relatively straight forward. Dining room was freezing. Nothing memorable or super special.

We found the food to be just middle of the road - under seasoned and plain. The tuna and salmon tartare was just fish with avocado and was missing some acid or spice to counterbalance the fat content. For the main - I had the salmon which was fine but under seasoned, and my wife reported similar for her steak. Service was friendly and good, but better food is to be had elsewhere for this price point.

A recent visit to Red horse by David Burke- Rumson NJ, resulted in a wonderful culinary experience. Some of the meals our table enjoyed were the crispy shrimp spring rolls, the calamari special, the tomahawk, the branzino all were cooked to perfection, thanks to Chef Jeff. Molly, our server, was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the meal. She guided us in our delicious meal choices as well as suggesting the shareable tin can cake for dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning.

Excellent dining experience. Our entire party was impressed with the food and presentation. Steaks were outstanding as were the sides and appetizers. Our server Molly was fantastic and the chef outdid himself.

Celebrated my birthday at Red Horse. My table was given a complimentary glass of champagne to toast my birthday, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. It was a quiet evening in the restaurant, which made it live a private dining experience. I will most definitely be going again.
