Former location of LeFormagerie, David Burke has converted this once French eatery into an outstanding restaurant that you must visit. Nothing less than upscale in every respect, though parking is challenging, since street parking is essentially the only option. My wife and I each enjoyed Bison Short Ribs, which were well done. Our server recommended we share the extraordinary salad, which we did. No regrets there. Red Horse is a great place for dinner. We look forward to our next visit.
