“Great coffee and bakery. But! You guys need to think about the environment!!! You produce an incredible amount of garbage. I stopped by to get coffee and some cake, sat and enjoyed it. Why do I need a whole box and a paper bag for the cake? Okay. I admit that you thought I would take it with me, and that's why you packed it like that, but no, you pack everything. I drank my coffee, ate my cake, and went to the trash can to throw out the packaging filled with this packaging. Why do you produce such an amount of garbage? Could you give me a plate, and that will be enough? Ultimately, all this packaging is included in my coffee and cake cost. But why pay for it if it will all be in the trash can in a minute? Everything you do is five stars, but I am depriving you of one for this garbage conveyor. Please change your approach and your attitude to the environment🙏🏻“

“We were looking for a vegan restaurant to stop at about halfway through a drive from Bergen County to a shore point and found this place on Happy Cow. It did not disappoint! Food was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive, and the portions were large. We ordered the mac & cheese with coconut bacon and the Reuben sandwich. Although we were full we ordered two desserts to go because they looked so delicious . We ate them later on at home and they were delicious as well! We got the slutty brownie and the chocolate chip cookie. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.“

“it has been awhile since I was in Atlantic Highlands when JUS was still open. I am so glad that I was able to stop in today. The Chia pudding was always a favorite. The pudding used to be served in a small cup by itself. Well now it comes in a bowl with fruit, nuts, syrup and then some .... it was delicious before but even more fantastic now. The black bean patty was just okay. Could have been cooked better in the middle but was decent. The French fries are the best. Always a good time. Crispy and flavorful!“
