And let’s talk about the FOOD. Oh. My. Goodness. It was out-of-this-world delicious! From the passed hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour (those cheesesteaks on pretzel buns and filet skewers were an absolute hit!) to the main courses, every single bite was perfection. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was — even the notoriously picky eaters couldn’t stop raving about it! On the big day, Karen (who had literally just placed in a bodybuilding competition the day before — total rockstar!) was a dream to work with. She ran everything flawlessly, worked seamlessly with our venue staff, and made sure my wife and I were always fed, hydrated, and — most importantly — never without a drink in hand! The entire Willow & Sage team was so friendly, professional, and attentive. They made sure every guest was happy and the bartenders definitely stayed busy all night long! Seriously, Willow and Sage Catering absolutely crushed it for my military retirement ceremony! The food was beyond delicious—it was the kind of meal people talk about for weeks, and every single guest was raving about it. It truly made the whole night feel extra special.
A huge thank you has to go to Kara. She was a total rock star and the definition of going the extra mile. Dealing with our complex table organization could have been a major headache, but Kara was incredibly patient and handled it all with grace and a warm smile. She also took the time and effort to coordinate perfectly with the Bell Works staff, making sure everything flowed seamlessly.

Where do we start. Willow & Sage was the absolute BEST choice we could’ve made to cater our wedding. We were working with a limited time frame, many different restrictions and dietary choices, and throwing a 130 person party on a property with no electricity or running water. Karen, Scott, & Will didn’t wince. Not only did they take us on, but created a STUNNING menu that pulled from our story as two kids, a farmer & a chef, who fell in love planting a berry patch. They were so easy to work with, so accommodating, and so very kind. Beyond incredible culinary prowess, and deeply excellent service, I cannot close without mentioning that when people started showing up too early and almost seeing the bride before the wedding, Karen mobilized. I hustled into the catering tent, the only place safe from view and she had everyone on deck clearing people, moving vans to block the view and getting me into my hiding spot. It happened in under two minutes. Every one of our guests was well fed and raved about the food, it was absolutely a dream. We truly cannot say enough good things.

Willow and Sage is a highly professional caterer. From the initial tasting to the wedding, they show high attention to hospitality, service, and the food. We first visited them for a tasting about a year before the wedding, where we met one of the owners, Scott, the head chef, Will, and a handful of their staff. We were impressed by their professionalism and they had a wide range of options for their food, linens, glassware, and silverware. We wee so impressed by the quality of their food and how delicious each dish was! After we contracted with them, we had several meetings throughout the year to plan the menu, seating chart, colors, etc. Kara was very helpful in making the process seamless, providing her expertise in suggesting how we can best set up our floor plan for 220 people, responding to all of our questions promptly and clearly. On the day of the wedding, everything was set up before we even arrived to the venue. Karen made sure we (the bride and groom) were taken care of throughout the night, making sure we got to have the food, making sure the bars were stocked, making sure all the food was run out to the tables promptly. Our guests told us often how great all the food was, how professional the staff was, how great the bartenders were. They really went above and beyond and are absolutely worth what you pay. 10/10 recommend and we will be recommending them to all our friends and family.

Okay, so if my husband hadn't shown up on our wedding day, I may have tried to marry Kara or Karen instead!! All joking aside, working with Willow and Sage was amazing and the entire team was beyond professional and our wedding day ran so smoothly with them. Kara answered my one thousand emails promptly and always had answers to my questions. Karen ran our day as if there were four of her -- many of our guests ended up knowing Karen by name at the end of the night! The food was amazing and the entire experience was so positive, I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

The entire process was made easy , from menu selection, flat wear, linen colors, and table placement. The food was DELICIOUS and ample! The staff, Kara, Karen and Danielle were easy to work with and ALWAYS accommodating. The day of the event, the staff, including bartenders were very professional and pleasant. Karen was exceptional! She was so helpful and hearing her passion is what made us so excited to work with her. When we went for our tasting, we met Scott. He was so fun to work with and the food was delicious! Kara was our point of contact for all things day of and she made sure nothing slipped through the cracks! She was on her A game and again, so helpful and so kind! Karen was our Matre de for the day of, and she was a rock star! She was on top of everything! And soo pleasant to work with. She really took care of us and made everything so seamless.
