Ordered at 6:30pm for 4 hoagies to be picked up at 7:31pm but they didnt give it to me until 7:58pm. There were two employees making hoagies and 1 casher who was very inatentive. I waited for probably 5-7 minutes before i was able to inform her that i was picking up an order. There were about 6 other customers also waiting for orders since theres only two small benches most of us were standing. Rarely write reviews, but wanted to take a second to shout out Nick. My family had a large order through a third-party app, and the app ended up not doing its service. I went to pick up the order 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, and I spoke with Nick about the situation. He was extremely apologetic and thought I would come in ready to yell. Absolutely not! It wasn’t anyone’s fault in the store, AND we were offered free chips, soda, and oil/vinegar to take...
This place is just too expensive. $13 for a sandwich and $3 (!) for a bottle of water, then they stand over you so you hit the tip button, the minimum suggestion is 18%. And so, you’re spending $20 for a sandwich. Too much!
