The young manager with the tattoos on her hands is a very fast and very friendly person. She is always so polite and quick when working, I usually see her working alone in the early mornings I go for my coffee. Recommend this place to everyone! The decorations inside this location are so beautiful!

The employees are great especially Lorena the store manager. I had the Crabby Patty Whopper meal with an iced mocha and halfsies (half fries and half onion rings). It was so delicious! I wanna come back tomorrow and get another Crabby Patty. I swear the secret formula is in there. Every time I use the bathroom here it’s always clean and smells great. I love it!

The two managers of this restaurant are young women with terrible attitudes. They disrespected me and gave my food to someone else because I mistakenly said my order was for takeout. They used foul language and insulted me. They also turned off the screen so you couldn't see your order. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. Don't waste your money in a place where they'll insult you for ordering. They're slow and make you wait too long, and if you ask questions, they insult you. I certainly won't be returning. Wendy's is right next door, and I'll buy food there instead.

So I drive up to the drive up box to order and yell hello for about three minutes. No one answers the intercom so I drive up to the window and try to place my order and the woman refuses to take my order and tells me to back up and go back to the box and order she can’t take it at the window. Hiring bad employees is why Burger King is losing market share to it’s competitors.
