So I drive up to the drive up box to order and yell hello for about three minutes. No one answers the intercom so I drive up to the window and try to place my order and the woman refuses to take my order and tells me to back up and go back to the box and order she can’t take it at the window. Hiring bad employees is why Burger King is losing market share to it’s competitors.

Stopped in here on MLK Day for lunch... freshest BK I've ever had. Friendly and fast service as well. Very clean dining room. Excellent experience.
went in thru the drive thru around 1am last night, and my cousin and I had a very nice conversation with what seemed like one of the managers, he was chatting with us until we got our food which was nice and when I did get served it was piping hot!

I stopped to get lunch at this location and when picking my food up at the drive in a was greeted by a very rude young lady. I asked her for ketchup and she said it was in the bag. When I returned to work to eat, the sandwich was cold and there wasn’t any ketchup in the bag as I requested. I work less than 10-mins from the store. So after I realized there was no ketchup in the bag, sandwich was cold The soda was half filled and flat. I called to speak to our manager and they also were terrible. Did not even say I’m sorry or what can I do to make it better no concern what so ever. This was the manager herself! Terrible service terrible food. I will not be visiting this location again. all I can say is people beware!!!!

Dear Manager, I am writing to address an incident that occurred during our recent visit to Burger King. The behavior exhibited by Dayrin, who I believe was the manager on duty, was very concerning to us. The experience we had was unacceptable due to the rudeness, rushing of our service, and slamming of the door in our faces before we could even ask for sauce. We had to knock on the window to get her attention, and when she finally came over, she yelled at us for knocking on the window. When we requested sauces, she laughed at us and made fun of our accent. This experience was not only embarrassing, but also offensive as she mocked our cultural accent and displayed aggressive behavior. We would appreciate it if you could address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Jimmy was the absolute best. To be honest at 12:15am on a Sunday morning I’m not expecting a friendly person to take my order. But jimmy was the kindest soul, it was so refreshing to hear from a genuine human taking my order and being patient and understanding. He made me want to come back to this Burger King solely because of him.
