I visited Dairy Queen with my family for a treat. I appreciate this establishment because it offers a convenient parking lot and competitive pricing. The staff was courteous and attentive, efficiently taking our orders. The ice cream was exceptional. The M&M Blizzard was particularly delicious. My favorite ice cream is the medium Willie cone with chocolate sprinkles.

I would give 0 stars if i can. Staff shouldnt be hired if they dont wanna work and give attitude and at the end make the order wrong. Workers acted like by being there our existence annoyed them. This is not the first time as well. Horrible staff with no customer service or respect.

Went in a for a nice and sweet Oreo Cupfection. I was met with a very lovely staff that put a smile on my face. From the very second, that I walked up to the window they all radiated a joyful and friendly energy. It was rather infectious and I found myself also feeling more merry in their presence.
My server, Luana, was a very sweet and endearing person who I had the pleasure of taking my order. She was assisted by the rest of her team and was able to deliver my order in a quick fashion. A real team leader with a very welcoming personality.
The rest of her team Bella, Brooke, Brittney, and Meghan were amazing and know how to have fun with their work. A remarkable quality of good workers all around. They all maintained a tight ship while still setting a friendly environment for me and other customers. They also know their way around a joke or two so I was naturally more invested in what they had to say.
The cupfection was absolutely delicious. The hot brownie was scrumptious and a perfect hot temperature. It went well in combination with the rest of my cold dessert. A nice ratio of Oreos and ice cream to satisfy my cravings. Along with fudge at the bottom that hit the spot just perfectly.
All in all, a lovely spot with lovely ice cream, good seating outside, friendly and diligent service, a remarkable team, and a spot I’ll be coming back to again after my next shift. 😸

To damn expensive I had a mini blizzard, and my husband had a small pineapple sundae And it was $14.00, god dammit you can't even go for ice cream anymore
Asked for a chocolate blizzard with marshmallow cream (which i know is barely a blizzard but its how i like it, plus my teeth are super sensitive to cold) and the girl kept offering to do it a different way is cheaper, which i appreciate but im willing to pay because thats how i like it. And for some reason it's chock full of oreos. Like huge pieces. Tbh kind of feels like the oreos were out of spite. 🤷♀️

If you're ok with not getting what you asked for, then this is the place for you. If we have have been to this DQ 20 times in the last decade, then the order has been wrong 18 times. Finally, I've had enough. My husband repeated my order twice yesterday (just a sundae with 2 toppings) and STILL they got one of the toppings wrong.
It didn't used to be this bad but the employees obviously could not care less about their jobs nor the quality of the products.
