I recently ordered a pizza from Domino’s and specifically requested it to be well-done. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the pizza was not properly cooked, leaving it doughy and underwhelming. I even called ahead to ensure the well-done request was noted, but it seems like that detail was completely overlooked.
This is frustrating because it feels like my request wasn’t taken seriously, despite the fact that I went out of my way to make sure the pizza would be cooked as I wanted. A well-done pizza should not have doughy or raw spots, but this one certainly did.
I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves the attention to detail on special requests. It’s disappointing to pay for a meal that doesn’t meet basic expectations.

Customer service is negative F. I was completely ignored by 3 employees when I went in for a pickup order & greeted by no one at the door or counter, before waiting a period of time to be acknowledged & finally serviced. Such a sorry experience, hope the employees have a better day next time!

Called the store because there was an issue with my card while ordering. I couldn't even finish a complete sentence without the "man who has worked at dominos for 10 years" interrupting me. He would not let me speak, at all. I just stayed quiet and he hung up. When I picked up the order he decided to confront me and question WHY I "hung up". Very bizarre and overall rude. 0/10 - would NOT recommend.

They suck at cutting pizza ( I order all the time) pizza came room temperature and burnt ( I live three minutes away) . I never complain but this is terrible no cheese pull no nothing just cold . Never ordering here again.

This Dominos should be banned by corporate HQ. This is literally the WORST Dominos in the country. The other negative reviews should tell Dominos headquarters to delist this franchise.
It took them 1.5 hours to deliver my cold pizza. 1.5 hours. The pizza was completely inedible by this time.

You definitely have to have a criminal record to qualify to work at this dominos my pizza showed up crushed and I have to deal with attitude and stupidity to order another one I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes this man thinks I’m just going to hang up I’m not I got the time I’m ordering dominos at 4 in the afternoon obviously I got the time

I ordered Domino’s Pizza from the Rutherford location and my delivery consisted of three pizzas in which one came incorrect. I’m thinking it might have been mixed up with a different order and someone received my pizza and I received theirs. The other two pizzas were correct. After calling Domino’s to inform them of the pizza that came incorrect, they offered to have a free pizza delivered for a future date. Today I cashed in on that offer and placed an order. It took over an hour to get my pizza. From my experience with this location on the two orders that I have made, I don’t think that I will order from here again. Not only did I receive an incorrect order, but the second time to make up for that order I had to wait over an hour. I will say the pizza did come correct the second time, however, being that it was delivered to my job, I was unable to eat the pizza on my lunch break since it came so late. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy a fresh hot pizza on the delivery of the replacement of the first incorrect order. Maybe I will try the Wood Ridge location next time if they will deliver to East Rutherford.
They should alteast learn how to cut the pizza it looks like they were serving to the guy who never paid for the pizza. Worst pizza ever had.

I was shocked to see the numerous negative reviews after the fact and trust me I am not surprised!!!This was our second encounter with the pizza debacle, where the WRONG PIZZA was handed out despite our specific BEEF topping request . Not only was the beef topping missing, but the staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude when we called to report the issue. After many arguments we were eventually left on hold for 20 minutes. The lady who attended to us was utterly uncooperative and displayed a blatant lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I can't give a negative star rating, so I'll have to settle for 1 star."
