This is the worst place to come, worst Dunkin’ ever, this is the 4th time I come and had to tell them to make sure they add the bacon on my toast (cuz you have to pay extra for it) and they always forget it, this time they barely put bacon on it (because i reminded them) it was 3 little squares of bacon, so I told them to put more and the guy got mad at me, and he just added a little bit more, it’s crazy how customer service is there, and how you got to remind people that they have to give you what you paid for, is ridiculous, this doesn’t even deserve a star.

Worst customer service ,The Dunkin' Donuts open 4 AM i was there 4:45 AM, Old man was in a cashier I ordered espresso and donut , the price was $4.88 I give him $50 cash , The old man he told me I don't have change I tell him it's just a $50 Why you don't have change And he put Her hand to take a cup of the Coffee From my hand. I tell him what happened with you.Are you crazy,I tell him it's okay. I pay in a debit card .The old man not respect me ,It was gas station and store next to Dunkin' Donuts he no tell me you can change the $50 from there,It was a bad service I Never come back for this Dunkin' Donuts

So here’s the deal with this specific Dunkin on Park Ave in Rutherford. The smoke detectors have needed batteries for MONTHS now. Every day they are beeping in intervals of 45 seconds. It’s crazy. In addition to that there is ALWAYS outstanding debris in the dinning area. Always. Napkins balled up, straws, paper.. it’s SUPER mismanaged. Like super mismanaged. How do you let the smoke detectors go one like that for months now and the floors in dinning room are a joke. The store is always always staffed with one to two employees AT MOST. It’s a busy store and it’s way way understaffed. The final straw for me as I’m standing here in this Dunkin waiting to order writing this was the family that just approached the woman behind the counter because none of the dispensers have napkins in them and she said “those are for customers with food” like no napkins are for everyone and they just all bought coffees. So she tried giving them a roll of paper towels instead. It’s horribly managed and poorly Operated Dunkin. By far the worst Dunkin ever.
Coffee was perfect, but the breakfast sandwich & tots were cold & poorly made. Tots weren't fresh & egg & bacon tasted old as well... and sourdough wasn't completely toasted!

this is the most disgusting dunkin!! ive tried it like 4 times being i live close and its on my way to work and everytime i hope itll be the day they clean their ovens but i am disappointed everytime. the food taste like dirty oven. even if you get a plain crossaint, if they toast it it will taste like dirty oven. i suggest going a little mroe up the road to starbucks. the coffee is alright but any food from here is a hell naw
