I was so impressed with the pastry and apple muffin my husband surprised me with today! He stopped in there and ordered it for takeout. It was nothing like I ever had before it was so delicious! Definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!

Moved to Rutherford a few years ago and not long after was told about Erie. Going in there to get a coffee, quiche and pastry has now become a part of my weekend ritual and really sets a positive tone for my week
They have been nothing but kind and accommodating - very reminiscent of the cafe i grew up going to with my family. I was reminded of Erie’s kindness today when I accidentally cut myself on my umbrella right before entering. They were very compassionate and helpful in getting me back up to speed. Nowadays that sort of thoughtfulness is hard to come by, especially from a business, and it’s a testament to who they are as a company and as people. Thanks Erie for your help and for the citrus olive cakes I can’t seem to go a week without.

I was finally able to try this bakery for our party after years of wanting to, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations. The citrus olive oil Bundt cake was hands down the best thing I’ve ever tasted – I had it for both dessert and breakfast! The owner is not only incredibly talented but also kind and accommodating. All of our guests loved the dessert, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I've been looking for a good bakery for years and found this one near me. The cakes are super fresh, made every day. I recommend it 1000x100.
If you're expecting a large assortment of the ubiquitous bakery offerings, this place is not for you. The selection, while fairly small, is flawlessly executed. I bought apple cake, gluten free cookies, gluten free scones and other goodies on the advice of staff-- all in all, seven different things. I didn't need the staff's encouragement. Every single thing looked, and was, superb -- right down to the latte. The apple cake has me in a choke hold: not sweet, moist, tinged with vanilla and cinnamon and utterly ridiculous in its simplicity. I went back for a second, then third. Having grown up in Europe, these are the kind of sweet treats I miss most: not laden with sugar but with vanilla, cinnamon, almonds, walnuts. I live 50 minutes away and will happily drive back to get my fix. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly. And the baker is top tier!

Easily the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had . Everything was perfect about it from the large chocolate chips all the way to the sea salt they use to balance the sweetness!! Nice hidden gem right off of Park Ave I definitely would recommend
