The chocolate soft serve ice cream was smooth, rich and creamy. It was very fulfilling, even for a kiddie size. You may have your ice cream in a cup, sugar cone, or wafer cone.
Be sure to have cash on hand because they do not accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay or any other electronic form of payment.

Your average ice cream parlor. Nothing special about it but nothing they really did wrong. The hard ice cream is homemade but doesn’t really taste that special or great, just like standard ice cream. It was a little pricey and nothing inside is really too pleasant about the place. Servers were nice and polite and they also offer the popular Dubai chocolates.

Nice local ice cream place, big scoops, flavors for everybody vegan stuff and Italian ice too. Small a few chairs and tables. Gets busy but they have been quick every time we've gone. Ate it before pictures but two scoops is probably enough for most people.

I absolutely love Ice Cream Charlie’s! The ice cream is always fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. They have a great selection of flavors, and I can never get enough of their unique, indulgent combinations. Whether I’m going for classic vanilla or trying something new, the quality is consistently excellent.
The service is friendly, and the staff is always helpful, making it a great place to visit with friends or family. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it's the perfect spot for a sweet treat on a warm day.

Have ordered a bunch of ice cream cakes for birthdays after having one at a daughter’s friends bday. They have all been delicious! After 36 years of Carvel cakes, we have officially made the switch.
Reasonably priced cakes and haven’t had any issues.
One nitpick: They definitely need to figure out how to write better on the cakes, but there are high school students working there, I blame the curriculum not teaching script for years. So if you are particular about that…just get the cake with no writing. :-)

Last night we popped in for some ice creame . I chose the chocolate peanut butter with butterscotch topping . I was so impressed withe the application of the topping by the employee who helped us . And a smile to go along with his artwork . Go visit this treasure of a store !
My last 3 visits: coconut almond chip and pumpkin, butter pecan and banana chunk, Devil Dog and apple pie. Great homemade ice cream never disappoints. Awesome friendly local spot in Rutherford.

Scouting for the Golden Cone App based upon a lot of recommendations. Cash only. Parking is on the street. Had the home-made coconut almond. Took a while to get the melt factor going, but once that kicked in the flavor hot a new level. Something in every spoonful. Excellent ice cream. Would go back.

I’ve been here a bunch of times through the years and overall it’s a costly event each time for just ok ice cream.
Last week while the girl was putting the ice cream in the container my wife noticed a hair. She agreed and threw it out and started over again.
A week later we gave them another chance and this time two hairs. Seemingly only in the almond coconut ice cream. Just like the week before. Only thing was this time we were back at home trying to enjoy it. Short lived. We called them and whoever answered could only say that they would tell the girls. Not even an apology or offer to make it right. Hence the review and a warning for you that you might get things in your ice cream that you don’t want and no one cares to make it right. But make sure you bring cash. Well, I’ll keep my cash and move on.
Enjoy your hairs with some ice cream. Ugh
