I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent order. This is my second time ordering from your restaurant, as I had a great experience the first time. Unfortunately, after finishing my BLT today, I experienced food poisoning symptoms (instant nausea) within 10 minutes. Upon examining the sandwich, I noticed that the bacon appeared undercooked and somewhat questionable in appearance.
Given this experience, I won’t be ordering from you again.

The place looks like a hole in the wall. Got a cheesesteak thinking it would be decent at best. WRONG! Cheesesteak wasn’t dried out , fries weren’t soggy and it had a ton of flavor! Definitely going back
I got the Bistec a la Mexicana. rice & beans with peppers and onions. I can’t forget the steak everything was amazing. I’m definitely going back.

Luckily for us, we stumbled upon this place today and found our long lost favorite! I couldn’t be more excited to know the chef behind our favorite deli has his own place with an eclectic menu, great prices and a great location. I got the cheesesteak and fries and my girlfriend got the Reuben (a sandwich she’s lamented missing from Paterson Ave Deli for YEARS) - two full satisfying meals for $30. This was such an exciting find, and I cannot wait to come back and try the rib sandwich and general tsos burrito. I hope Mr. Roy’s is here for a long time!

Mr. Roy's grill was amazing. The food came out perfect. Customer service was 100. I knew from that... the food had no choice but to be amazing. If you're in the area, if you live in the area, you got to check these guys out. Definitely won't be a waste of money. We are back home 300 miles away from Mr Roy's grill is 300 miles away and my kids are still asking can we go back.
