Cheap food, good service and decent atmosphere. If this didn't have MrBeast's name on it to draw people in, would have gone under a long time ago.

Went with my son and ordered the beast style burger for me and the crispy chicken tender sandwich for my son. Asked for the chicken sandwich to be just bread, chicken and pickles with nothing else. Food comes out and the chicken sandwich has the lettuce, tomato and mayo that I asked to exclude. I check the receipt and it definitely says to exclude them. Head back to counter and was told they'd fix it. Lady leaves with the sandwich and receipt and comes back few minutes later with a new sandwich. Bring the sandwich to my son, he takes a bite and asks why it's spicy. I open the sandwich and see a red sauce underneath the chicken and realize it must be the Nashville hot. Side note, if that's they're Nashville hot, don't bother. It's was like the just drizzle hot sauce on the lower bun. Back to the counter and it's a different lady there than before. I explain the sandwich is wrong. She asks for my receipt which I never got back. Looked like she was just about to tell me she couldn't help me without a receipt when the other lady appeared. I said she took my receipt and never returned it. I explain to first lady that sandwich was still wrong. She repeats what she remembers the sandwich should have been, which was correct, so I lift the sandwich and she realized they have me the spicy chicken. She says she's going to fix it. At least 2 other employees asked if I needed assistance while I was waiting, which was pretty impressive. I explained the situation and said a new sandwich was coming out. Sandwich finally cones out correctly. I bring it to my son and he was pretty happy with it. His fries were pretty salty but not inedible. I finally get to eat my food, probably 20 - 30 min after getting it. The taste was just ok. Guessing it would have been better if I ate it as soon as it came. Son's sandwich came out wrong twice and not a single employee even offered an apology. Very slim chance we'll return

Good Food, Fun Atmosphere, But Be Ready for Crowds

I finally got to try MrBeast Burger, and overall, it was a great experience! The food was solid—definitely better than I expected for a fast-food-style burger. The patty was flavorful, the toppings were fresh, and the Beast-style fries were a nice touch. It’s a fun menu with a lot of options, and you can tell they put effort into making it more than just a basic burger joint.

That said, the place was packed. I expected it to be busy, but it was a bit overwhelming at times. The line took longer than I would have liked, and finding a place to sit was a challenge. The staff was doing their best, but with so many people, things felt a little hectic. If you’re coming during peak hours, just be prepared to wait.

The atmosphere, though, was really energetic and fun. You could tell people were excited to be there, and there was a cool buzz in the air. It’s definitely a unique spot, especially if you’re a fan of MrBeast.

Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re curious to try it out, but go in knowing it might be a bit of a wait. The food was tasty, the vibe was great, but the crowds knocked it down a star for me.

Got the #3. Patty taste was off, almost McDonalds beef patty quality. At least the fries were good.

In our child’s opinion, it’s the best burger around. He has tried a few from the menu, but with little customization, he likes the Mr. Beast Burger the best, and the fries are a wow (the pickle touch is nice). Sometimes it gets a little too loud because of the music, but you can sit in many different locations to avoid the noise. I would only add that the divider between people standing to order and tables should have a glass separator so people don’t breathe on or invade your personal space. I can suggest a few more ideas to improve the experience, but I think they’re doing a great job.

This place was AMAZING💯. Definitely worth it. The service was incredible. It took like 2-5 minutes to my family’s food and we had 8 people. You got to watch tv for free🥳.

Last night I came here for the first time in months and my expirence is always the same in which the Food is amazing but the downside is the fries are way too salty and the burgers. But all in all its really good.

My kids were looking forward to trying this place out since they are a big fan of Mr. Beast. Food was not great at all. It’s definitely not worth the 20 min wait to order inline and another 15 min wait just for the two drink machines to get your drink.

🍔 The burger that came out after a long wait was as rich in flavor as expected, and the French fries were crispy and satisfying.
👨‍👦 This journey with my son was not just a gourmet trip, but a meaningful time of learning and growing together.
