Funny how the owner’s responses don’t address how rude and unprofessional the staff is. I was also there on Saturday night, it was a horrible experience from start to finish. Don’t go to this place.

In summary — good food ruined by abismal service. After going to this restaurant that was highly recommended, we were incredibly disappointed in the overall service and experience me and my husband had. After waiting almost 40 minutes for our 7:15 reservation, we were initially sat by hostesses (who all were incredibly kind) just to be kicked out of our table not even five minutes later by the manager because he “needs space to make more tables.” Fine, no big deal. Our server Freddie was incredibly cold and neglected our table the entire time. He asked us two questions the entire experience — “What are you drinking?” and “What are you eating?” We were ignored the entire night, weren’t asked if the food was good, if we wanted anything additional, and items that we requested were never brought to us. The sad part is the food was actually really good and had the service had the same quality— I would be writing a different review. Busy Saturday nights don’t make being neglected the entire time okay then asking for a tip on top of it is almost insulting. Very disappointing.

The food is delicious the service is slow going I felt like you had to ask for something more than once . I think the waiter was overwhelmed . Not so happy about paying 18 for two bottles of regular water when I asked for regular city water I got two bottles of nonsparkling water I am sure the ice was made with city water so why was I not able to drink the tap water .

Love the food and $5 mimosas but clearly the waiter did not disclose their additional charges until the check was asked for. $5 for bread which only one slice was eaten as we wait to order our food and another $5 to pay with card. Please disclose all additional charges when they are being offered. I did not ask for the bread, it was offered. I would have not wanted the bread if I knew it was $5. Not coming again.

The cutlets were pounded thin. The edges are slightly crispy.
There was a perfect ratio of mozzarella cheese and homemade tomato sauce. Although the mozzarella cheese didn’t have a golden char, the sweetness of the sauce made up for it.
The service was phenomenal. Server Freddy and server assistants Juliette & Alan kept my water glass filled and they made me feel right at home.
As a bonus, if you dine on Thursdays beginning at 6 PM, there is a solo guitarist and $10 cocktail specials.
Our server Natalie was wonderful. I have food allergies and she knew the menu inside and out and made wonderful suggestions. Especially noteworthy was the octopus, which the kitchen so kindly cooked with my food allergies in mind! Great cocktails, cute atmosphere, and excellent service.

Best place on Rutherford, they have the most delicious and creamy pasta, cheese, meat and incredible drinks, Mary on the bar, is the goat!! I recommend the Guacho Steak, and Chicken parmesan (the home made Bread is spectacular) also they have excelent management, shout out to Edgar, who's doing a great job, servers are amazing (thank u Freddy, Itzel, Juliett, Jack, Alicia, Mark, Nataly) always attentive to any request, bussers as well (Diana, Joseph, Kenzie, Julia, Frida, Bryan, Nicole, Joselyn) the VERY BEST, thanks for everything guys, hope to see you soon, because YES, I'm coming back!!!

One of the best restaurants we have been to in awhile— the truffle gnocchi and crab ravioli are a must! They have a liquor license now but you can still BYO wine for a $15 uncorking fee per bottle. Steven, our server, was nothing short of amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made our dining experience at Paisanos memorable.

I've been going to Paisano's since my teens when it was a pizza place with my friends. And now I go for delicious dinners with friends.

We just hosted my sister’s baby shower here, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The food was absolutely excellent, and the service was just as impressive. Edgar, the manager, provided us with a beautiful private room that was perfectly set up for the occasion. Our servers, Steven and Kentize, were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire event. The food was served warm and right on time. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for any special gathering!
