I’ve been coming here for about 2 months now and every time I got they are really nice and my food is consistently amazing. I get the pad see ew with chicken and chicken curry puffs with mango sticky rice to finish. I highly recommend going.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Red Basil Thai is a hidden gem in NJ! The flavors are authentic, bold, and absolutely delicious. Every dish was perfectly seasoned — from the rich curries to the fresh, flavorful pad thai. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. Easily one of the best Thai spots around. Can’t wait to go back!

The place just looks like minimum effort is put in to the whole thing.The food is below average.The wait time is absurd and the inside of the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks even though no people eat iniside.

Walked in they take 20 minutes to make the order worst pad Thai you will ever have. I cannot believe I paid $16 for this and it’s supposed to be an $11 lunch special. Everything is undercooked and bland. Go to Thai essence in Nutley if you’re looking for good Thai food.

Online ordering sucks. I ordered online for pickup at 5. When I get there one of the staff members tells me that the food is not going to be ready until 5:20 because they are on break. They did not care that I was already there and that I had to go twice for my order. If it is not possible to get food at 5, the restaurant should not accept any orders for that time. I wasted my time going there.

This is a very quaint calm restaurant with relaxing atmosphere. When you walk in you truly feel like you're home. The food is top-notch Thai cuisine, it has a home-cooked feel to it. So far we've been here a few times and had delivery a few times and every order we've had has been incredible!

The menu is fairly large and eclectic, which I appreciate for all the options. Great soups and appetizers. As a vegan, I love the mock duck rolls. The owners get to know you quickly l, make you feel welcome, and make good recommendations.
