Me and a friend were in town for a two-day concert, found this place on Happy Cow and saw that they had some potentially exciting options. We were not disappointed in the slightest. Vegan waffles, pancakes, and challah bread french toast. The french toast was perfectly fried and custardy on the inside. I couldn't believe it. The pancakes were light and fluffy and tasted amazing. I recently visited Rutherford Pancake House and was really impressed by the number of vegan and vegetarian tofu options on the menu. I ordered the quesadillas and the Vegan Popeye, both of which were delicious after a little extra salt. The flavors really came together once adjusted. The coffee was fresh and tasty, which is always a plus!

Great breakfast spot. Doesn't break the bank and the staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is calming and just a nice place for breakfast.

The Waffle is a lot bigger than expected and the ice cream and whipped cream on top gives it a special taste. Highly recommend. ??
