The pollo a la brasa, or freshly roasted chicken, is fall off the bone delicious with very good seasoning and an intoxicating smell. The arroz chaufa and chicken chaufa are cooked and seasoned very well, and the lomo saltado mix is really good. The ceviche and jalea are also on point. Meals come with delicious sauces. The chicken combo provides a very good portion, and it is a great bargain. The french fries are hand cut in house, not from frozen, and not at all greasy. Sides like beans and sweet plantains are also excellent.
