After a horrid day, my Peruvian wife searched for a Peruvian restaurant; knowing that some of my favorite foods change the mode of the day. We found Sabor Peru. Originally, the front and stairwell were a little different in taste. Once on the floor of the restaurant, one can easily see and feel the ambiance.

We ordered the fried calamar... it was excellent. We also ordered and shared lomo saltado mixto and chaufa especial. Honestly, we never had any of...

I love Sabor Peru for an intimate and elevated dining experience. The owner Diana, is inspiring how she puts her heart and soul into her business and is so creative with traditional Peruvian dishes. Came here for a birthday celebration and we got lucky with the right amount of attention and delicious dishes. I got the anticuchos and it’s the best I’ve ever tasted and I’ve tried in traditional Peruvian restaurants. Shoutout to our waitress Dania for waiting for us to finish...
