This is by far the laziest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. This is the only location where I consistently have to ask the staff to shake my drink—something that is a basic, standard step in making it. I shouldn’t have to remind anyone to do their job.
Every single time, no matter the shift or the time of day, I’m handed an unshaken drink and have to ask them to fix it after it’s already made. It’s so repetitive that I’ve resorted to asking for a cup of ice just to pour it back and forth myself. That’s ridiculous.
This isn’t a one-off issue or a bad day—it’s consistent across all shifts. Basic drink preparation should not be optional. Management seriously needs to address the lack of care and accountability at this location.

Best starbucks in the area hands down. been to many around here and this is the most consistent in terms of time, quality, and service. Even during rush hours they are quick. I don't know why other Starbucks dont catch up the standard this one has when hiring/training their staff, but they got a recipe that works. Never had a complaint from myself or anyone I bring there.
