I order a matcha with strawberry purée and there’s no strawberry in this drink at all. So upsetting, if I wanted I buy only a matcha latte I would have ordered that and paid less. Very disappointing.

Today December 7, 2024 I went to the store. I did few shopping , was everything OK. But when I need go to the bathroom, the door was un locked. Was a employee behind the door, cleaning the bathroom, he push very strong the door, almost Hit me hard my hands. No Manners , no sorry @ i can't believe

Went in to pick up order to have a single employee say hi or even acknowledge me. After that the gay dude working drive through gave an attitude when he finally realized I was wanting . Over all worst service ever . Staff is trash

They messed up my drink more than 2x and I was very clear about what I wanted. They gave me whole milk instead of the almond milk which is a huge issue because I am lactose and they put coffe in my drink when I ordered a crème Frappuccino.. but the workers are very friendly for the most part.
