I came to the cafe to prepare for a job interview I had later in the day. The iced coffee I had was delicious. Before I left, a very kind employee wished me good luck and even helped me tidy my appearance. Her sincerity made me feel more confident. Thank you!

Best starbucks in the area hands down. been to many around here and this is the most consistent in terms of time, quality, and service. Even during rush hours they are quick. I don't know why other Starbucks dont catch up the standard this one has when hiring/training their staff, but they got a recipe that works. Never had a complaint from myself or anyone I bring there. It is that good.

This location is first rate all the way. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful; and we could see how harmonious they were amongst each other. It was a very pleasurable experience all around.

The worst starbucks . The staff inside are laughing and hugging each other rather than doing their work. Pathetic. Just to make one simple drink they took more than 20 minutes. They don’t seem to take their work
Seriously. Just childish behavior. There are better starbucks than this one particular place. Would have given -1000 stars if there was an option. Never coming back and will tell my friends too to

I think someone quit but it's not the same person in the drive through getting orders. I used to love that they would leave happy faces and fill the cup up to where it needs to be bit recently I have noticed that no matter what cup I order they always put way less they don't fill the cup completely which is kind of disappointing. This is why I buy a big cup but what is the point if you are still going to pour less than what the actual cup is.

D's attention to detail is spot on, Gio's friendly vibes are contagious, and Gracie's efficiency is lightning-fast! They sprinkle a touch of magic into every cup and make sure our orders are perfect. With their charm and great service, they've turned our coffee runs into delightful experiences. I rarely leave negative reviews—honestly, I can't remember the last time I called out a specific employee—but my experience at the Starbucks in Rutherford pushed me to speak up.
I placed a simple order, and not only was it wrong, but the way it was handled was disappointing. “Kim,” who handed me the drink, wasn’t just unfriendly—she was outright rude. No eye contact, no apology, just a dismissive attitude that made it feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen Kim interact with customers like they’re a burden. I get that everyone has off days, but when it becomes the norm, it reflects poorly on the whole store.
Starbucks is known for consistency and a friendly vibe, and this location misses the mark. Here’s hoping management takes a closer look at the customer experience—because it’s definitely lacking right now.
