I dont really like to give anyone a bad review but every time I buy food here it always comes out cold and not fresh. It's like it's been sitting for a while. Wendy promotes fresh servings all the time but at this location it doesn't meet the expectations. And the staff dont even give me good service the open the window halfway at the drive thru.

Manager was rude, the 2:30 am shift was terribly rude. She gave us 1 barbecue when we had 6 people order. She didn’t care and said goodnyen
I had the worst experience at this Wendy’s. I ordered a six piece garlic, Parm nugget and before I can even take a bite out of one I noticed a white fuzzy, webby, spider web, looking fuzz on the Nuggets as if they dropped it on the fourth floor and picked it up and put it back on the tray. I am absolutely disgusted!! And completely lost my appetite. Do better for your customers, Wendy’s!
