Matsuya uses the highest quality ingredients you will find in hibachi and they dont douse everything in butter or soy sauce. Crowd pleaser chef but the food is really what stands out. Glad to see them going strong as of sept 2026!
The food was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and our hibachi chef Tommy was outstanding. Excellent chef with a great sense of humor. Definitely a place I would go back.
We go here usually once a year, but this last visit left me with a desire to find a new hibachi spot.
There were multiple food items that tasted spoiled - seaweed salad, chicken, even the steak had a foul taste. Most of my plate was left over to pack up, and I didn't eat it at home, the trash got it.
