I've been to Midland Brew House a couple times now and I'm not itching to go back anytime soon. The first time I went middle of the week and unsurprisingly we were one of the three groups that were there. It was like a ghost town and they were cleaning up to close early because of the lack of customers. Service was okay but definitely felt rushed. The other times I went was for Trivia Night. We tried the Dip Trio and Mac and Cheese bites. Both fell extremely flat. The dips were watery and tasted like nothing. The Mac and Cheese bites were so hard it was a struggle to cut into them. They were also very dry. The only saving grace that night was their house margaritas which we were surprised by considering the let down with the food. The place is nice and when they're busy it is a nice vibe. Definitely would go there just for drinks and skip the food though. Or maybe I just need to try other things on the menu.

Don’t complain they’ll give you an attitude manager won’t even confront your issues on a dead Sunday. The fryer that works there must have zero experience embarrassing used to go here all the time now it sucks and overpriced. If ur gonna charge whatever ur gonna charge at least make it worth

The upstairs dining room is wide open and looks like a great party space. The main room by the bar is cozy and dark with comfortable booths and tables. Beer is good as well as the crafted food offerings. Can't say I remember the staff and having nothing to complain about is almost always a positive thing. Drop in, it's a good spot for a date or a group.
