Collard greens that would make my granny proud, if she could try them, mac-n-cheese with the perfect amount of cheese (had a nice little pull to it) candied yams, and bbq chicken! Love the sauce. It has its own unique flavor. This was my first time trying Addy’s so I had to try at least three sides and none of them disappointed. I’m actually well pleased with my food and can finally say I’ve found a place nearby that caters to both my bbq and soul...
Stopped by the Sayreville location. The place was clean and I got to meet the owner, Addy, who is a delight! The lunch menu chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to go back and try something else.
This is a legit BBQ place where meats are smoked in house. I ordered a BBQ brisket sandwich, corn bread, mashed candied yams, and fries were included. The place is a bit smoky for those who are sensitive to smoke. I decided to eat there, and the food was well above average, very flavorful.
