Pulcinella is a cozy restaurant with excellent eggplant parm and carbonara pasta. The decor is lovely, and the service is great. The portions are generous, and the garlic bread is a dream. The outside area may not do justice to the cozy interior. It's a great place to enjoy a meal without breaking the bank, with options to pass the time while waiting. The delivery service is friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience amazing.
